These magnesium glycinate really helps with nighttime leg cramps. These are soft gel capsules, much easier to swallow than tablets or hard gel caps.

I have to use this and melatonin to knock out and if I DONT use the magnesium then it takes me longer to fall asleep. I'm actually so glad these work for me.

If you've been having trouble sleeping throughout the night or a light sleeper... THIS IS FOR YOU. This has helped me sleep so well throughout the night! I've been able to REM sleep and dream often. The particles are too big! Hard to swallow. Everything else is fine though.

Love this product. It helps me recover after an active day, slow down my nervous system and wake up the next day fresh. Always feel like I slept extra deep.
