Very good texture and taste but at times a little less quality
I very much like this item but once in a while it is little sour though date of expiry is okay. Also today one of the four numbers I had ordered was swollen before opening though expiry date was the same of the others.

Quality Yoghurt with High Protein Content
Yoghurt is of high quality. High protein content is what I was looking for. Creamy and good texture.

Good, but expensive to incorporate into daily diet
Tastier than Greek yoghurt and not sour/acidic at all. Texture is creamier and smoother than Greek yoghurt but has liquid/whey content. Don't know if thats supposed to be there especially since skyr like Greek yoghurt is supposed to be entirely casein and the residual whey strained and filtered out. Price per gram is almost same as Greek yoghurt which proves costly for daily consumption. Once a while is absolutely fine, but then the higher protein becomes unnecessary if its infrequent; and relative to its higher protein content, its supposed to be used daily which defeats its purpose factoring in the cost — 11g/12g x 2 = 22-24g(₹126.00 per day) protein is the ideal target. Like epigamia, milky mist too should consider 'ficing' its cost so it gets affordable for more people.

Good secondary protein supplement
I consume this for it's protein content and to have as a *secondary* protein supplement apart from whey protein. Just to have variety of protein food sources. It also is good for gut health whose effectiveness I haven't seen much. Tastes bland without sugar but you can get used to it and it's healthy. It used to be sold for ₹30 till Feb 2024 making it a very good deal but they increased the price to ₹39 from Mar 2024. Elsewhere it's availability is less and it's priced MRP ₹45.

Nice and very thick yogurt. I mainly give it to my infant for its high protein content. Price is high though.
