There are recipes , but no Nutritional break down of the recipe. No calorie count fat grams carbohydrate or protein value. Portion sizes seam way off...

This is The worst cooking book I ever bought! I tried 8 recipes (especially the avocado pancakes) and for all of them, the end result was disgusting. This was a waste of time and money. Gave up trying because I was spending my money on food that didn’t taste good or the recipes weren’t coming along right. On top of everything, you don’t know for sure how many carbs, protein and fat you get with each serving. I do not recommend this book!

Great and interesting recipes. But agree that I wish they had all the nutritional and caloric information. When I did the strict keto vegan diet, most of these meals would have been almost the whole day's calories. But great, interesting recipes!
