Perfect size. Holds heat for a good 10 minutes. Scent doesn't last long but is pleasant. Soft, contours to my hand/wrist. I'd buy it again, but is holding up well with daily use. I drizzle water over 1 side b4 heating. Definitely put on a plate to heat it.

Right size for use from freezer or microwave
This is just the right size to go into the microwave to heat up or to have in the freezer for a cold pack. The best part is that you can take the cover off to wash it. I mostly heat it to help relax the muscle, but I know that I can use it as an ice pack, as I do have one in the freezer.

Great heat but smells bad
The pad is a good size and lays on my shoulder well. Seems to hold heat well but... as soon as I opened the microwave to take it out a strange smell hit me. I am keeping the pad though because it works well and was decent price. I will hope the smells disappears as I use it more.

Works as advertised. Requires heating in microwave, but better than electric versions. Soft and durable.

I have not heated it up yet. So maybe this is a premature review lol but I just love it so much. I got the light purple bc I noticed it was the only one with a corduroy style side. Both sides are soft. Where as the others looked like one side was t shirt material . It smells lovely. Just like the aromatherapy kind. And it's a good size in general . The cover is easily removable & can be washed . The inside is purple as well. It's so cute . Can't wait to use it!

Eh its okay
It does the job as a heating pad. It really is microwave safe, which is great and quick to use. The only thing I don’t like is the smell of it when it comes out of the microwave. It has an awful chemical or factory smell that lingers
