The Energy tabs are better than the 50+ ones (twice the ingredients) and they have more impact than the Energy gummies. Improved energy, fitness and all round feeling better with these tablets. Have tried others at £50 and these are the best.

If you don’t like taking supplements this is a good one to take because it has everything in it at a good dose- I feel more energised taking these in the morning

I've been taking these supplements for a few weeks now because after contracting Covid I have been left with severe fatigue and zero energy. Before taking these tablets I could barely get up off the chair, let alone do my housework. It's taken a couple of weeks but I have far more energy now and the fatigue is nowhere near as bad! The only negative thing I have to say about them is that they don't taste great, and they're so large it's like swallowing a bullet! Apart from that, they're great! I will be buying more soon.

Ok, I was skeptical but willing to try them. After a couple of weeks I believed they weren't doing anything. I was wrong. I stopped taking them and I felt like cr*p! I literally felt how I did BEFORE taking them. I didnt notice the gradual improvement in myself. Once I started taking them again the difference was amazing. I suffer ME and Fibro so struggle with a lot of pain and fatigue. These vitamins didn't cure me... but they made me able to function again. The odd day I forget to take one i always start feeling rubbish later on. I've tried numerous other brands (cheap and expensive ones) and NONE have made a difference to me. This one is great and I would recommend anyone to try them.

These vitamins are really effective in clearing the skin. It says to take one on the package but I have taken two in some weeks and they have done no harm. I just find that I prefer to drink more water after and avoid eating anything too unhealthy to maintain a balance with these. Overall - really effective. If you feel tired or lethargic, these are great for that. Also extremely good for during menstruation, helping to maintain the bodies balance. I felt much more energetic after taking these.

They work well but the last two times I ordered them I've received Women's 50+ not Women's Wholefood Plus.

They’re large so I have to break in half, but have been taking for almost 3 weeks now and I’m definitely feeling a lift in my energy levels. They turn your pee neon yellow which is funny, but I do think they’re helping with my low iron.

I have found that since taking this supplement I have more energy. I have noticed my hair and nails grow faster too. I also feel that my immune system has been boosted by them as I haven't had any colds since the beginning of the year. Definitely worth taking. I recommend them.
