What I liked: + Really good at blocking out light. There is a very little amount of light that comes through but overall it is great (in my photos the light you see is mostly from other side windows which blinds aren't as good as blocking out light as the arch shade) + Variety of colors to choose from. I picked white to compliment our exterior siding and interior paint. Looks great! + includes everything needed to install (Except pencil and knife) + instructions are easy to follow along. The instructions at one point do instruct you to subtract 3/8in from the radius to make your cut. I didn't trust it and just cut the length without subtracting 3/8in but the shade didn't fit, so I went back and cut again this time subtracting 1/4inch. This worked well, though I'm sure 3/8in would've been fine as well with how the window fits in the middle. + I like that one half of the window has double sided adhesive, where the other half has velcro so you can easily deploy or retract the shade + There's a metallic layer for some weather proofing I think. We initially had another arch shade installed before we had the window replaced, and the original shade didn't have this. Considerations: - Fairly expensive compared to other shades. But at the time of writing, this has the best reviews. I also think from the original shade I had from a different company that you ARE getting a better product for the higher price. - Not a deal breaker but the double sided adhesive was pre-installed. I would've preferred installing it myself since my window ledge is narrow and i would've wanted it slightly off-center. In the end it worked out fine and I suspect most people will like that it is pre-installed. Great value! Looks nice and keeps out moonlight! It was easy to install and seems very good quality. The size was easy to cut- watch the video for tips.

Good shade. Blocks the sunlight very well. A bit difficult to cut evenly, since you cut the shade when it is compressed then 'open' it like a fan. The fulcrum in the center is hard to keep aligned so the cut becomes uneven. Maybe if a semicircle base was added it would help keep the blinds at the same cut length? But works well once the size issue is addressed. Looks nice.

We have plantation blinds on the lower half of two windows but the arch window above each one was bare. Thought we’d try these and are ao happy we did. They look great, super easy to cut (I used a regular chefs knife out of my knife block), and they let in no light at all.

These work perfect!!! Especially for the shape of the window. Only had to trim a small amount off to fit like a glove. Defiantly recommend. Was easy to install with directions.

This works … but it is VERY difficult to work with. There’s plenty of ways to make this a better product, the creator was just doing too much.

Good quality for the price; shipping and packaging were adequate. The color is white, although—as another customer explained—it takes on a slight grayish tint due to the aluminum; it would be preferable if the aluminum only covered half of the piece. As mentioned in another review, cutting it is not easy; it is best to use a serrated knife. Regarding measurements, subtract 3/8 of an inch from your actual measurement. As can be seen in one of the photos, the fit is not perfect because the arch is not symmetrical—though this is not a flaw in the product itself.
