What are the ingredients, please? And expiration date on product?

I haven't receive the product yet but all I know is a sunblock with glutathione in it for whitening I will know the expiration when it arrived...

Is this safe to wear and leave on like a moisturizer or do you need to rinse it off like other sunscreen?

When I received it I used it once and that was it. I think I did not like the texture of it or it was just to white when I put it on.
