It has enough rings of different diameters so that it will be able to fit most people. The cover's two small prongs have to snap into place along with the locking mechanism so be careful it doesn't pinch when doing so. Otherwise it feels sturdy, is comfortable and locks smugly. Can work for FLRs and other play. I didn't test it for ease of violation of its security because I didn't want to break it. So I gave it 4 stars because I can't say how secure it is. I'm sure some will like it for its pink color.

Good value for the money, fits well, light weight and comfortable. It is effective in its functionality. Be sure to do due diligence in measuring your genitals.

Easy to put on, comfortable to wear, comes with a small cage and a flat cage. I wear the flat cage, and have no issues.

I really like the look of this cage, but the urination hole is angled way too far down for me and a lot of other people. Fix that, keep the raised edge, make it higher, stiffer plastic, and use a wider/thicker ring to close the ball gap at the bottom. I do love how the hearts leave little heart marks after you wear it for a while. I’m looking forward to the 2.0 version

For a $20 cage it’s a lot more comfortable than most of the other options out there. A decent cobra KO without the price tag. The multiple base rings is nice if you don’t know your size or if you want to experiment different sizes.
