Makeprem Defense Me is a Korean brand with SPF 50+PA++++ that does not leave oily residue on the face. It has already been proven that Korean cosmetics are the best in the world. The secret to maintaining young skin for Koreans is to apply sunscreen all year round. Protecting the skin from UV rays helps improve wrinkles and blemishes. I did not like sunscreen because it was sticky and oily on the face, but this product has improved on those shortcomings. It provides a sufficient amount for the price of $30, and I am very surprised and like that it is absorbed into the skin without stickiness even after applying it multiple times. It does not cause any discomfort when applied to daily life for adults and children, and it feels light like lotion even when applied in the summer when there is a lot of sweat. That is why I apply this product every morning and afternoon all year round. It definitely helps improve wrinkles, and my skin does not have blemishes compared to my friends of the same age. If you subscribe, you can purchase it for about 10% off at $27. If you buy one bottle, you can use it for 2-3 months. I think it's a great deal if you invest about $150 a year to keep your whole family healthy and young. The only regret is that the subscription is often canceled because the stock is not enough. I haven't found a good product to replace this product in the US yet. So when the subscription is canceled due to a lack of stock, it's very frustrating and unsettling. So even though it's such a great product, I can't really recommend it to people around me. It would be great if you could secure enough stock of great products. it doesn't really smell too strongly of a perfume at all which I like, it doesn't leave a white cast, it dries down matte feeling, and for my combo oily normal some areas are more sensitive, and this never breaks me out, UNLIKE other brands that have chemical sun protection this does not irritate! it's soothing to me like the last step of skin care before I leave the house. I work with kids so I'm always outside, it really helps control my facial freckles in the summer. it doesn't leave that gross greasy film feeling at all. I've bought this 2x already one bottle lasts me about a year and 4 months! summer time definitely a must! and I'm almost going to buy my 3rd again. I love it. I hope to have this for the rest of my life! I also used the samples it came with, I like the viscosity if the toner and how fast the toner sinks in, and I like the makeprem safeME too a normal sensitive skin cream lotion very nice, it's pretty moisturizing and calming. nice stuff! will def buy again. even if the price keeps going up and up and up, I'll buy it again and again!!! 10/10 def recommend.

So I’ve been delving deep into Korean sunscreens the past year or 2, and I finally got around to trying the Make Prem one. I understand that they have recently reformulated it. I’m not sure why though. And I can’t say how it performs compared to the old formula. As I never had the chance to use it. So, that being said, I like this sunscreen. But it definitely has its ups and downs. First, you get a lot of it! Yes, the bottle seems expensive at first, but if you look at the price per ounce, it’s one of the best priced K-beauty sunscreens out there. And the formula is pretty thin and milky. Making it very easy to spread. It sinks into the skin quickly, so you don’t have to use as much as you need to with a thicker formula. It truly felt like I was wearing nothing on my skin, it was so lightweight. However, it does have a slight white cast. If you’re fair to light skinned it’s not that noticeable. It just takes a few extra minutes to really blend in. But if you’re darker than that it’s absolutely going to show up on your skin. But if you wear it on your face under foundation it should be relatively easy to cover. This would be perfect for someone who wants both an illuminating base, and a powerful sunscreen to go under their makeup. I took a star off solely for the white cast. I wish that more skin tones could easily use this like I can. It is neither drying, nor is it super moisturizing. More of a natural skin finish with some very light hydration. I’d say that this would work best with a normal to combination skin type. I was able to wear this on my body as well as on my shoulder, neck, and face without any irritation. No stinging of the eyes either, and I like to cover my whole face, including the eyelids with my sunscreen. (If you’ve ever had a sunburn to your eyelids you will understand why!) It did not irritate or dry out my eczema patches, though I’ve got them under control right now. This is a concern for me because I’ve had sunscreens cause flare ups in the past. Nor did it affect the application of my makeup. Everything went on smoothly as if I was wearing a lightly moisturizing primer. It also lasted all day. It’s almost like a waterproof formula with its lasting power, but without the tackiness, or the difficulty removing. It will rub off a white-ish residue on anything black if you are in contact with it long enough though. As a goth, with many black things, I have experienced this first hand. It’s best removed with a makeup remover. Such as a balm, oil, micellar water, or makeup dissolving soap/cream.But regular soap will take it off, you just need to wash the area twice to remove it completely. And lastly, if you were trying to get the whole glass skin/K-beauty glow, then this is the product for you! I looked like I had spread Vaseline on every inch of my exposed skin for the entire 10 hours of wear! It dimmed a bit by the end of the day, but only a little. My face, neck, and décolletage were still glowing for all that they were worth. However, like I said earlier, it was not greasy, oily, or really dewy feeling on the skin. Once dried down it had a very natural skin like feel. So if being matte is your jam, or you are a naturally oily individual, then avoid this at all cost. I would definitely repurchase this, but I might try using it just on my body, neck, and décolletage. Having a face that shiny all day long is just too much in my opinion. And during the summer I don’t want to have to apply, and reapply, a ton of powder to my face daily to dim the glow to a more manageable level. But during the winter when I’m a bit more dry I might change my mind.

Been using this for many years. I hate thick, goopy sunscreen on my body but obviously don’t want to sacrifice protection. This offers the best of both worlds. It’s fluid and sinks in quickly without my skin feeling tacky and I never seem to get sunburned when I wear it. Korean sun care is where it’s at!

This is a very effective sunscreen which is lightweight, does not clog pores, and has no distinct scent, which I prefer. I bought this for use on my body, but I can use it on my face as well. Due to the size, compared to other Korean sunscreens which have undergone spf testing, this is a steal. It is over 5 oz. There is a slight white cast which fades fairly quickly. I am extremely pale but warm toned, so the white cast from sunscreens makes me look a bit zombie-ish, and this was by no means a serious white cast. I bought this on Prime day, and there is usually a deal for this then. [cleanser is no longer in the bundle] I received 2 safe me moisture cleansing foam. The current bundle has a toner, which I haven't tried. You can get a sample of the cleanser with 2 of their other sunscreens, although the price per ounce is higher for those. What I wasn't expecting to love was the cleanser. This is hands down the best cleanser I have used in my life. I have hormonal acne and combination skin, and this cleanser has basically eliminated my adult acne. If I even switch to another cleanser (even another Korean brand with similar ingredients and the same ph), I break out. I basically have given away all my other cleansers, and I will use this until they stop making it.
