Looking for low salt and 1gram added sugars in your snackin?? THIS granola has a nice raspberry tangy taste mixed in with chewy fruits and nutty seeds. I take my time chewing every spoonful. Can’t wait to add it to my yogurt. I’m 65 and been gradually cutting back on sugar over the last 20 years, have pretty much omitted processed and ultra processed foods from my menu and keep salt to a bare minimum. Great value for the money. Will definitely be back to try their other products!

Absolutely love this product and would highly recommend for a diabetics. I can have a bowl without my sugar going sky high because healthy and low carb.

I've bought Rise and Shine several times--- fun, tasty and quite low carbs! Now if we can just get Amazon to not screw up the order. This particular shipment arrived with bags of "Protein Oats" in the box and not the "Rise and Shine" I ordered. This Protein Oats is much higher in carbs but what I know of Seven Sundays, it's probably very tasty for someone who can eat it--unfortunately, I can't.

I absolutely love this stuff! I have to ration the amount I consume because it tastes so superb that I would just keep eating it! I use it as a topping over my Greek yogurt and fruit. It is filled with lots of wholesome products. I'm going to figure out how to make Aussie bites from it so I will have a wholesome snack! Seven Sundays also contains lots of fiber! Sometimes I just pour my Kefir yogurt drink over 1/2 cup of SSNGC and forget about the calories! It has its very own special place in my freezer!

This is my favorite granola! I love the flavor and the hint of dark chocolate. I've tried other granola and this is by far the best.
