Been using these drops for a few weeks now with my son and daughter and I have noticed an amazing change in them. My son has speech delay issues, possibly relating with ADHD. He’s only 2 1/2 so no official diagnosis yet but I’ve been giving him these drops and he has slowed down enough that he is now talking more than he ever has clearer than he ever has! These drops literally changed my son‘s life. I will be a lifelong user of these now I also take them myself. I haven’t noticed great changes in myself as an adult, but I am also already on an ADHD medication so I didn’t expect amazing results for myself but what I see in my children is astounding. So if you’re looking for something for your little ones that will help them stay more focused than calm without looking drugged or not like themselves. This is the thing for you. My son is happier. My daughter is more focused. They are both less irritable? The only thing we have changed in our routine is adding these drops and I can’t save. This is the placebo fact this is definitely the real deal because my son doesn’t even know he’s taking it.

This is my favorite way to take Saffron and it works great! The taste is good. I absorb it quickly and it always improves my mood. Good deal.

I have been excited about trying saffron to help avoid having cataract surgery; they say it helps with clearing them up "naturally." I did quite a bit of searching before settling on this brand because it seems most supplements come 88.5 mgs., which I thought might be too high before knowing how my body would react to this supplement. This one said "it was safe for kids," so I'm giving it a try. The first night I took it very late, I started with one pump instead of two; less is more until you see how your body reacts. The entire next day, I was a total "zombie," and very dizzy. In fact, I felt like I was "hungover." I didn't see clearer focus, more energy or anything like that, which is supposed to be a benefit when taking this supplement. I was drinking caffeinated drinks all day; just trying to wake up. Then a very interesting thing happened, by the following afternoon, I came out of my "fog," and even my vision seemed a LOT clearer, and that was after one night of taking this. My recommendation is: definitely take this at night before bed. They even say, "it can act as a relaxant or aphrodisiac," so if you need to work during the day, you might want to avoid taking in the morning. Also, "START SLOW." You can always build up the dosage as your body adjusts to it. Ideally, I would like to take one of the higher dosed supplements in capsule form, but will work my way through this bottle first. And, I only gave it 4 stars because of my initial strange reaction. As far as the taste goes, that was fine. The other thing I did was take the dropper first night directly into my mouth, but second night I diluted in water and used a little bit less. Putting in water, and cutting back the dose seemed to work better as I slept well, and didn't feel like a zombie next day. Give it a try, and don't "panic" if you are a bit dizzy the first time you take it.

I felt like I noticed a difference in his mood the same day! Way fewer meltdowns lately. He's been on it a week, maybe 2. He loves the taste. He's 5. Hmm... I did just see his 6 year molars finally pop through. Maybe that's why he's calmer now. Still worth a shot tho!

The first bottle ordered was clear the second is yellow not sure of the difference. My daughter says it tastes the same. This is also advertised for children but no children’s dosage is given. We had to figure out the best amount for her. It greatly helps with her focus at school.

My son has been on saffron chewables and the liquid. The liquid works much better. He is on 100ml 2x / day . We have noticed him being more consistent mood wise I recommend when giving in evening, earlier in night bc it hypes my son up.

The taste was actually pretty good and easy to take, which I appreciated. I haven’t noticed major effects yet, but I understand supplements can take time to work consistently. So far, no bad experience with it, and I’ll continue using it and update my review if I notice more changes over time.
