I wanted to relieve the pain in my left hand without ingesting medicines, and I got immediate relief while using the massager. I was surprised because it works primarily by intermittently squeezing your hand and fingers. You can also add heat and vibrations. The squeezing freaked me out at first, but it did actually help. After a few days, the pain was gone. Can’t promise the end result for everyone, but like any massage, you can expect relief for at least the time you’re getting the massage. Im a Nail Tech and i use my hands alot so i want to make sure im taking care of my hands. The compression with heat was nice but i think i want something that gets more into the pressure point instead of just squeezing my hand. I gave it to my sister to let her try it(she is a hairstylist) and she had a better experience and was much more relaxing for her. Other than that pretty strong compression, i like that you can adjust the intensity and the pressure can get pretty hard if your into that. Its nit too big comfortably size for hands and you can take it with you wherever you go

I was surprised how well it works it makes the hand feel really good I wish it would put more pressure and vibration in the thumb area because that's where my pain is but otherwise it works great. The battery seems to last long.
