This is absolutely amazing. The quality built pole is heavy duty yet not heavy when using. I wish I would have bought this years ago. Perfect for my vaulted ceilings. This makes washing my tall exterior windows easy. Dusting the ceilings and lights so much easier. I also got this for washing my walls and ceilings. The value for the money is definitely worth it! The flexibility of multi use tool is great. The pole size is compact when collapsed but great extended sturdy but also stable.

The pole is very sturdy and well made. The quality feels much better than I expected, especially for the price. It extends smoothly and stays secure while using it, so cleaning high windows feels effortless. I honestly didn’t expect to get such a solid telescoping pole at this price point. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I purchased a similar product a month ago. The telescoping want collapses and spins when you use it. It bends and wiggles too. I found this one and saw it locks in multiple places and you can both lock it on angles you want to use or bend it (which i don't like. I just wonder how many times you can bend it before it breaks. Just a thought not an issue issue or experience!!!!) When I took it out of the box....it is VERY solid, a bit heavier because it's good material. The locks are solid. The variety of attachments are perfect for my needs. I love the corner brush because the ends of other dusters scrap against the wall. The corner brush dies not. It has a very long reach which is great for me, since I'm 5'2" AND even longer reach to use outside for window. One of the rectangular dusters has a flat side. I did not know that. That was VERY important to me for ceiling fans, so I can spray it to clean and disinfect the fan. After learning all this, I was tickled pink that the cost was so affordable for such high quality, high functionality, and many easy-to-use accessories. It's a bit stiff for the locking in place for the part you can angle and to put window washer blades in. That's good for the washer blades. The other part just needed to be put in various positions once or twice. Just be mindful it is heavier because the material are great! It's not too heavy. I bought the extra super long one though. So, I imagine any other size smaller is lighter and lighter. I'm REALLY happy with this product and purchase. Thank you!

This item definitely had potential. The telescopic design let me reach spots I usually can’t get to, and it extended impressively far. That part really impressed me and made the job much easier — at least for a little while. Unfortunately, it broke at the handle connection point not long after I started using it. It seemed a bit cheaply made, and the weak point just couldn’t handle much pressure. I ended up having to return it, which was disappointing because I really wanted to finish the task I bought it for. If the build quality were better, this would be a five-star product easily. The functionality is there — it just needs to be sturdier.

High quality, lightweight and gets the job done

Overall, it’s a good product for the price. The pole is sturdy and the scrub attachment was good. However the plastic that holds the squeegee cracked when I used it. So I contacted the company directly and customer service was great. They immediately responded and promptly sent me a replacement for the entire attachment.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this actually works. I have a bigger window that I've always washed by hand but always had to get out a ladder since it was high off the ground. I was a bit skeptical that this would dry well without streaks by using the squeegee so I tried it on the inside first. I was impressed. The pole itself was heavier than I expected but not too heavy & is well built. The weight distributes really well & it helps to get the right amount of pressure needed to use the squeegee. Pole length is way longer than I'll ever need but if you have bigger windows high off the ground then I'd recommend this one. Or just take the top off the pole & use it for large doors, glass showers, big mirrors etc. I used it on our large glass entry door as well & it did an really good job in getting it nice & clean! Streak free & quick cleaning is always a plus with kids around & this does it!

Update: company reached out and refunded the purchase due to the defective squeeze head. Adding Star as the customer service was unexpectedly good and they went to extra lengths to ensure that the issue was resolved. You’re paying for the pole here and getting a low quality squeegee set. Squeegee attachment: it’s all plastic, so the threads will have a very short lifespan. The set comes with two squeegee sizes but once one is on you’re never getting it off again—the attachment is so tight it won’t slide easily. Mine was also warped a bit so it’s impossible to get a good cleaning even without the pole. It just won’t make contact in the center of the squeegee. The pole: it’s a standard thread size that fits a paint roller. It’s lightweight and reaches the height I wanted. There isn’t a ton of bend with this pole and overall the pole itself is good quality.
