App is user friendly and feature loaded, we have also received updates. We can control the class mode and other features from the app. We use a Lebara SIM, which works perfectly with the watch. I also highly recommend getting the accessories; the watch cover, screen protector, and extra band we purchased are great quality and look really good. A note on service: The delivery by Amazon was prompt, and the seller (imoo-watch-phone) provided prompt and helpful support when we had a couple of queries. Improvement area: If parents can start the cam or can take pics from the app to know about kids whereabouts in case kid is busy or not reachable. This watch fully justifies its cost with the features it provides. My daughter loves wearing it, and we are thoroughly satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended!

We purchased the Imoo Z1 for our 9 year old son as a stepping stone to a phone. We wanted to able to call him and use the location services without him having access to the Internet. This watch ticks those boxes and more. We’ve had the watch nearly 3 months now and have found it extremely useful. Our son loves to use the camera function and play games. You may think that it would therefore be a distraction during school but there is a really handy class mode that we have enabled which prevents him from calling/messaging/playing during school hours. In order to get the full benefit of the watch you will need a SIM card. It was really easy to install and unlocks the key features we were looking for so in our opinion is a must. Once installed the real benefits are realised. The management of the call/messaging function is excellent as we have full control of contacts so he can’t make or receive calls from outside of an approved list. It was really easy to add both my husband and I, plus his grandparents through the Imoo app on our phones. When we have made calls they are pretty clear considering the size of the screen. Our son has become pretty adept at using the messaging function and finds it really simple. In addition to calling/messaging the app also allows us to pinpoint his location, a handy way to know where he is as we begin letting him make his own way to and from school. All in all, we are extremely happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend the watch to others looking to bridge the gap before a mobile phone. The watch gives him more independence but in a controlled environment where we can supervise/oversee its use.

I recently purchased the IMOO Z7 watch for my son (10 yrs) and he loves it. The watch arrives in a very premium looking packaging. It has a great design, feels comfortable on the wrist and is sturdy enough to handle the rough & tough activities of a 10 year old. The watch provides excellent voice call , chat and video calling features. I'm especially happy with the video calling feature that allows me to view his surroundings as well to make sure he's in a safe environment. I also like the GPS tracking feature which provides peace of mind knowing that he's on known and expected routes. The engagement with the seller has also been fantastic as I had a few questions before making the purchase and they always reverted to any queries promptly and adequately. Finally the watch was delivered much earlier than the delivery due date, which was a very pleasant surprise. Overall, I recommend this watch as it provides a really useful safety net, is easy to set up and use and looks great on kid's hands.

The build quality is outstanding; it's sturdy enough to withstand the rough and tumble of daily activities, making it perfect for my son who turned 10 recently. I didn't want to give him phone and this watch seems to meet my expectations. One of the standout features for me is the real-time GPS tracking. It provides peace of mind knowing that I can easily monitor my son's location at any time. I am hoping the accuracy of the tracking is spot-on which i can only tell after few weeks usage. The two-way calling feature is also pretty good though. My child can easily call me or any other pre-approved contacts, which is very reassuring. The call quality is surprisingly clear, and the watch's interface is simple enough for my son to navigate without any issues. Based on my usage until now, the battery life is another area where the IMOO Z7 shines. Sometime back have bought Z1 for my son and I really liked it. Z7 is a good upgrade for my son. This watch has some features that are really useful for any parent. Excellent safety features - Anyone who is not in the contact list cannot make calls to child. No spam calls, no strangers’ calls... GPS location tracking is good and accurate (Z1 has better indoor GPS tracking) It has good battery life (Z1 has better life) Video calling is really good. It tracks the steps and informs how active was the day. It is very comfortable to wear. Pretty good camera. Parent's app has complete control on the watch. Touch screen is very responsive. No lag at all. It is a reliable watch. This is a good choice for any parent who is looking for a GPS tracking watch Items arrives in good packaging and quick shipping.

I purchased this watch for my little boy as he’s started going out to play with friends . It was very easy to set up and looks very good too with its clear display and durability . The gps feature gives my son freedom to go out with friends while giving me peace of mind that i can track him and know he’s safe . The gps mapping is very clear and gives a precise location and lets me know if he is still or moving for example if i ask him to come home - he says he is but i see his watch is static i know he’s not on his way home yet . The 2 way communication feature is a great way to interact without the need of a mobile phone that can be dropped/lost easily . I have enabled the class mode but have yet to use it as its the school holidays atm , this is a great feature on the watch so theres no distractions in class . The camera is clear and great for photos or video calling . Easy enough to charge with the magnetic charger . The step count and exercise feature is a fun way for the kids to have a little bit of healthy competition with friends to see who can do more steps etc . You can also connect watches so siblings/friends can all communicate using their watch too . Great technology. I’m impressed .

I recently purchased the imoo watch for my 7 year old daughter and notably, the device is designed with a focus on safety and functionality, as it does not include games or social media options as I feel she is far too young to even have these features which made the decision choosing the imoo watch an easy one, the intentional design choice helps to minimise distractions and keeps children focused on their activities, making it an ideal choice for parents who prioritise their children's safety and well-being. Firstly the battery life of the imoo watch is fairly impressive, lasting for more than two days on a single charge, which ensures that it provides reliable performance throughout its usage. This longevity is particularly beneficial for parents who want to ensure their children can stay connected without the constant worry of the device running out of power. In addition to its robust battery, the watch is equipped with accurate tracking features that allow us as parents to monitor our child's location with confidence. One of the standout features is In terms of communication capabilities, the imoo watch allows for making and receiving calls, but it is designed to only connect with pre-approved numbers. This feature adds an extra layer of security, ensuring that children can only communicate with trusted contacts. On the pre set number function that I set up using the imoo app I’ve added a picture of the family member who the number refers to making it easy for my daughter to make the call without needing to read the name. Also using the imoo app I have control of who she can contact with and also who can make contact with her and all unknown numbers that haven’t been preset into her phone are restricted from contacting her which set the imoo apart from several other kids phone watch contenders. There is a step counter on the watch which encourages physical activity and helps children stay active throughout the day. Communication is made easy through the imoo app, which allows users to make video calls either through the app itself or directly with another imoo watch. However, our experience has shown that we are unable to use this function as we don’t know of any other imoo users currently so this has somewhat restricted our ability to fully utilise this feature. Despite this limitation, the imoo app is readily accessible for anyone to download on their smartphones, providing a user-friendly interface for managing. The watch accommodates a personal 4g SIM card, and we opted for Lebara, which operates on the Vodafone network. This choice has proven to be very cost-effective, with a monthly fee of just £1.45 for the first 6 months. Rising to £4 for the remainder but can be cancelled at anytime. So far, we have been impressed with the location accuracy of the device, which has consistently provided reliable tracking information. Overall, we are genuinely satisfied with this product. It offers an excellent solution for keeping track of our children's journeys to and from school without the need to provide them with a traditional mobile phone, which is not permitted on school grounds. The watch includes a school mode that can be activated, ensuring that visibility and communication are limited to designated school hours, further enhancing its suitability for school environments. The watch can be bought in 2 colours we chose rose pink for our daughter and as there are many strap holes in the watch so fits on her small wrist. The watch face is big but for functionality it needs to be. Having tested this watch for last week I am happy to recommend this watch.

I bought these for my 12-year-old to track location and stay in contact. The first unit kept freezing randomly — completely unresponsive, even with 70–80% battery. Only connecting to the charger would bring it back to life. I returned it and ordered a brand new replacement — and guess what? Same issue. Random total freezes, requiring a charger to reboot. Now imagine this: your child is out, and the watch freezes. No GPS. No calls. No way for them to reach you. What’s the point then? These are marketed as a safety device for kids — but if it freezes silently and becomes unreachable, that defeats the whole purpose. Completely unacceptable. Do not recommend.

The watch doesn’t connect to the network after every 2 - 3 days, hence rendering the watch useless in tracking or calling. It’s basically unreliable. It’ll can’t say whether it has better network connections with higher models, but the Z1 just sux. EDIT: after using for a few months, its performance is ok. But if you are using it in Australia, you must join the Vodafone network, or the watch will be disconnected like I described above. This due to the watch only supports frequency bands within the Vodafone network. Also from time to time the imoo app needs to be opened and check the location. Otherwise, you could go for days without updating the location.

Good Product, using this with a GoMo SIM, which required the APN settings to be manually imputted. But once the correct settings were applied the watch resolved the time sync and messaging issues. Price seemed reasonable, and my daughter (age 10) is really pleased with it.

You cannot text with this product; you can text the child, but the child cannot text back - super frustrating as that is the reason I bought it. Also it is switching off and we have to plug it back in to kick start it on Very unreliable
