Price: One of the better deals you’ll get here on Amazon. You can drive to a local store to pick & choose if you have the time to. I just needed one fast while being busy. It’s reasonable because that’s the price we pay for convenience. Storage: I used this for storing extra tools in a shop. It’s big enough to store an essential items. If you are pondering if you need extra space at all (from the picture reference), then get a bigger one from a physical location. This cabinet is small enough to fit in my sedan’s trunk for easy transportation. Quality: Decent for the price, good overall build. The wheels are smooth. If assembled correctly, it’s pretty sturdy. The locking mechanism is smooth too. I like the stainless finishes. Overall: Good price-to-value cabinet (comparing to other online cabinets), decent build & storage. Great for extra storage (small to medium size items).

My tool box arrived with a dent in the lower right rear bottom panel preventing attachment of the wheel. To qualify for a refund, the return shipping would have cost over $130 on an item that cost $165. Instead of shipping back to the warehouse, I contacted customer service and negotiated a partial refund to accept the defective item. I am hoping I can bang it out or epoxy the wheel mount to the bottom of the cabinet, as it still needs 4 wheels to be stable. Overall, I am pleased that customer service was so responsive and would rate the service as excellent. This is one of the least expensive tool boxes on the market. The sheet metal is thin, so I would recommend it for light use, i.e. for a homeowner, not a professional mechanic, where the needs are less demanding. As other purchasers noted, the liners outgas and smell nasty. I will try to air them out outdoors before using the tool box. Other than that, the drawers slide out smoothly and the lock works fine. I would have liked a slightly taller box as I am 5'10". This was probably designed for the Chinese market, where the average height is lower than in the US. But this is true for all the tool boxes sold on Amazon, so it is what it is. All in all, I got a decent box for the money I spent. With the partial refund, it went from a good value to an outstanding value.

It is heavy-duty enough for such less-demanding service, and will do well for the home handyman. Let me share my experience with this tool chest purchase: I ordered the four-drawer base cabinet with wheels AND the five-drawer top cabinet for exactly that purpose. I received the two tool boxes in two separate shipments. When the four-drawer tool chest with wheels arrived, it had been damaged in the shipping carton. One corner of the base was bent, and one slide on the bottom-most drawer had been separated. The ball-bearings had come out and could not easily be re-installed. I contacted the vendor through Amazon, and within twenty four hours and three or four exchanges of messages, I was promised a replacement tool chest. It arrived within three days, and was in perfect condition. I was very, very pleased. Note to the buyer: unbox your cabinet carefully, with an eye to possibly needing to re-use the foam and cardboard again to ship the item back should that be necessary. Take photographs of any damage before contacting the vendor. Then, rest easy. They will 100% make it right if you have any problem. I recommend this cabinet for the homeowner, and I recommend this vendor to any Amazon buyer.

Decent tool box. Metal is a little thin. Wish it was a little more sturdy.

Came out of the box with a broken drawer slide. The Bearing and slide fell apart inside the box and were keeping it from opening. I had to disassemble everything and find the problem. Don't bother ordering one!

I was a little worried about ordering an off-brand, but I wasn't interested in spending 600 for craftsman or Dewalt, or 350 for husky. My need is simple... Sit under the workbench and hold tools and fasteners. It sits 10ft from my 25 year old craftsman tool chest, and while the differences in quality are noticeable, this one is perfectly fine. Drawers run smoothly, no dents or scratches, dimensions as stated in the description. It probably won't handle a karate kick as well as the craftsman, but my anger management classes should cover that. One thing to point out, if it matters to you is that only 2 of the wheels swivel. Slightly annoying for me as I can't pull it straight out from under the workbench, need to jockey it back and forth. NBD.
