Making French fries a cinch!
Wash, remove skins or not, cut ends flat and I try and flatte into 4 flat sides. Turn on french fry cutter press middle button, place box shaped potato into cutting area. Now you watch as the cutter slides easily through your raw potato and out the end onto your plate as french fries. The cutter moves back into place on it's own and you put your next potato into place. Read instructions to explain how to make it return automatically for you. I found that if the potato isn't lying flat the cutter pushes the potato off center. You still get french fries but some aren't the same shape. It doesn't really matter but I feel I'm better off squaring off the sides. I would definitely buy this cutter again. Worth the money. Quality made and shipped promptly.

Game changer
I was hesitant to add another device to my kitchen inventory but my family loves homemade fries. We went the conservative route to purchase cheaper devices and lost many battles. It got to the point that it was faster for me to manually cut the fries until I didn't want to cut potatoes anymore. Wish I would have bought this sooner. Spend the extra $$$ bucks.

After 3 months stopped working
UPDATE: My fry maker was replaced with a new unit and now working again. Thanks Amazon. I like the product. I was excited to purchase this for my wife to use when she makes home made fries. It worked great out of the box. Slowly it stopped turning on. Now it just stopped working all together and will not turn on. we only use this once a week so it has limited use. we make sure the potatoes are inserted properly so not to jam the device. I am disappointed to say the least. i am attempting to contact Amazon to know my options for replacement.

Surprisingly good quality
We love homemade fries! This machine is perfect for cutting the perfect size quickly. We also used for cutting chunks for mashed potatoes.

Perfect!
I’ve had this about 2 months and use it nearly every day. Quick clean after use-just run the cutting blades under water without any disassembly. Just shake off water and set back on counter. After cut, I dry the fresh cut fries with paper towels then stir in olive oil and salt. They cook perfectly in our air fryer.

J'aime cet article: Flyseago automatic french fry 15.5"X5 5"X5 3". C'est plaisant de pousser sur un bouton pour le fonctionnement au lieu de forcer comme certains coupe-frites nous obligent. Celui-ci accepte les pommes de terre d'une bonne grosseur; vérifiez les mesures. Cependant pour repositionner les frites de côté pour en faire des cubes, si on en met trop, tombent sur le côté de l'appareil avant de se faire coupées en cubes. Si on en met moins c'est beaucoup plus facile. Penser aussi qu'il ne doit pas fonctionner plus de 15 minutes, si j'ai bien traduit les instructions (instructions en anglais) je ne regrette pas cet achat.
