Good product

Needs use intruction helps make you sleepy and do not stay wake for hours which is good, needs more reference to adapt dosahe to body using it to maximize.

Works great

I’ve only been using it a week so a reserve the right to change my opinion, but thus far I’ve felt what I believe is a lowering of cortisol, which is what Ashwaghanda is said to do. It doesn’t help with sleep in and of itself, but does seem to help with the physical anxiety symptoms that come from heightened cortisol. (Note that this is not the same as something like social anxiety- I mean jitters/restlessness/inability to relax. I don’t know if this product would help with other forms of anxiety). I don’t enjoy the pills themselves. I find them a bit hard to swallow, and 3 is a lot, but for now it’s worth it. Also, the price is very reasonable.

Great for mood support. It says to take it with a meal; BELIEVE THAT. It is uncomfortable on an empty stomach. Highly recommend as a daily supplement.
