Must admit I was having second thoughts after reading some of the low scoring reviews on here (and realising I should maybe read reviews before ordering 🤣). Anyhoo, here’s my opinion. The chair feels fairly well put together. It’s very comfortable and the “pleather” has a pleasant feel to it. Arms are well padded and not too low or high. It has a single operating system for the rise / recline so the back and leg rests operate together. For my needs that’s fine, though I guess others would want separate controls. The charge points work just fine (USB A&C) and means I can play on my tablet or phone while it charges. Several reviews mention the slow operating speed. It’s not that slow and gives you chance to get sorted. It doesn’t catapult you up when standing, which is fine for me (see realtime video) My only gripe at all is the size. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fine for me (6’2” and 16 stone) but some of the pictures in the listing apparently gave modelling work to some of the munchkins from Oz. They make the chairs look slightly larger than the average three seater dfs sofa. They aren’t lol. Overall I’m very happy with the chair. The heat and massage are a nice touch. What’s not to like about two cup holders and side pockets? Assembly is straightforward but might require help if you’re not blessed with a bit of strength - parts aren’t that heavy, just a little awkward.

This is a great chair for it's price my 88year old dad loves it (and so do the grandkids) I personally think the massager could be a little stronger as it can be hard to feel however my dad loves it. Easy to put together but instructions for the wires isn't the best, there are two lots of wore hiding UNDER the chair on the right. One is slightly visible and the other is further under! Once we found that it was done! Would definitely buy it again, super comfy and soft. Material is lovely too we had the dark grey. It looks smaller in real life until my dad sat on it then I realised it was the perfect size. I was worried it would be a bit low. Remotes and buttons are very simple and that's also perfect for my dad as he needs the simplicity.

Very comfy. And easy to put together, looks more expensive than it costs,great size for the bigger person. Rises and reclines great if only a little slow but that is better for my aunt who is in a lot of pain. Heat and massage are a bonus.

Excellent Service. Excellent Product. It arrived in three boxes on the same day, my son found the instructions easy to follow, and the chair so easy to assemble, I got the blue/grey colour tartan material one, it's so comfy, and a nice size for me, I'm pleased with the sturdinness, the massage part is nice and gentle, the heater part is lovely, and well appreciated, the riser is fantastic for my mobility helping me to stand up. Well worth the money. Thank you.

We bought this recliner lift chair for our mother, who has dementia, and it has genuinely been life-changing. The lift function has made it so much easier and safer for her to stand up, which in turn has made moving her around far more manageable for us. It gives her confidence, and it gives us peace of mind. The reclining feature is brilliant, and she finds it incredibly comfortable whether she’s sitting upright or lying back. The massage function is a lovely bonus — very soothing and relaxing for her — and the gentle heating feature is great, especially in the evenings. We chose the light grey colour and it looks so stylish in the room, much nicer than many medical-style chairs we looked at. For the price, the quality is outstanding and far better than we expected. It arrived in three boxes, and to our surprise it was extremely easy to assemble — everything fit together perfectly with no hassle. Overall, this chair has made a huge positive difference to our mum’s daily comfort and mobility. Highly recommended.

Excellent so far. Easy to assemble alone, though i did have a problem connecting the cables (my fault for not reading diagram correctly!). Works well, and plenty fast enough tilting back and forward. Not used massage. 3 minor issues: (1) they responded quicker to Amazon message than to the email address given in the manual. (2) I don't like how the usb cable sticks out at 90 degrees. (3) There should be some way to secure the chargers inside the chair, and make it a little tidier.

The chair seems very good but I would definitely suggest that you have two people to put it together as you need two pairs of eyes to align the different sections into their respective guide rails. It's light enough to assemble yourself but the upholstery gets in your way when you're trying to align the parts. Also, it is made from square section tubing and there are six legs which need something under them to protect your floor or carpet. I used some teflon coated furniture glider cups which I bought from Amazon and they protect the carpet and make the chair easier to move. You will need these. It's a shame that the chair doesn't come with these. There are two plug in adapters. One for the riser recliner function and one for the heat and massage function. I personally don't want the heat and massage functions so I haven't wired that adaptor to the chair and the remote control provided controls the heat and massage. It's quite firm but it is well padded and I am very impressed by this chair for the price. In fact I will be buying another one. It came in three boxes and were delivered by DPD. The first courier delivered to my door but the second DPD courier was going to leave the two heavier sections in the lobby of where I live. I caught him before he left and made sure that he delivered to my front door of where I actually live. I have let the seller know about this and also Amazon. Amazon have been very helpful. If you are elderly or disabled then the seller needs to make sure that the couriers they use deliver the packages to the front door of the customer. All in all it seems like a very good chair for the price though I have only had it for two days. Up date11th February 2026 Received a second chair yesterday and am not too sure about it. The first chair I bought is really solid but the one I received today wobbles from side to side and it's been put together incorrectly. I think maybe some of the screws and bolts etc might need tightening up better but I don't know. I will get in touch with the seller tomorrow and see what they say. They seem ok to deal with but watch this space. DPD did deliver correctly today. 11th February. I bought another of the same chair from Bare Tay and it was delivered correctly by DPD. Thank you Amazon and Bare Tay. But the second chair wobbles from side to side and when in a normal sitting position the back of the chair slants too much. The first chair is great but the second one isn't. I don't necessarily want a refund as I still want another of the same chair. Hopefully Bare Tay will deliver me a replacement chair and take the slanty, wobbly one back. If they send me a replacement hopefully it will be as good as the first chair.

Great chair and comfy. Delivery straight forward and all 3 boxes came together. Straight forward to assemble. If I had to do a pros and cons I would say the cons would be the wire for the remote got trapped whilst using the recliner, I thought could have been a better design because as ive pulled it and i have damaged the black surrounding of the wire. All I all excellent product at a very reasonable price
