I bought this for my stomach and to help build muscle after an illness and it is working very well. Will be buying again.

This is the best one on amazon without a doubt. Many benefits but let me tell you the taste! Ooofff that will take some getting used to. I don't really like artificial flavours like squash so I'm having it simply in water and it's pretty grim but I am all about the benefits outweighing the taste. If you like orange juice or squash I'd recommend dropping a scoop in that.
