First of all the delivery was prompt and packaging was extremely well thought through. I was tempted by the low cost of this bike and did not know what to expect in terms of quality and spec., this being my first ever e-bike in 50 years of cycling. It took me one hour to assemble using tools and manual supplied. The lockable battery came fully charged. Bearing in mind I had never ridden a pedelec before I had no idea of performance or longevity so of course I began cautiously then full power assist until my battery expired which was on a 15 mile largely uphill cyclepath. It was superb and i am confident that the mileages claimed using the power range sensibly can be achieved. You get a kickstand, lights , horn, rear rack, pump, repair kit, tools and phone holder, a frame bag to hold such bits & pieces. Honestly, if the battery and motor hold out after a year's use, what more do you want?

The manual was very easy to follow with step by step instructions. What a brilliant bike!
