Product image shows design for four screws, but says three. customer images show different product w/three screws than the listing images. 3 or 4?

I just received mine and it has 4 screw openings (holes) and 4 screws..

Did the manufacturer fix the polarity issue along the way or are they all still being provided wrong? This would be a major flaw.

STOP! These are NOT REVERSED. You need to simply use a Multimeter on Ohm setting to see that with the GROUND PRONG DOWN, power INTO the RIGHT SIDE of the MALE CONTACTS will "exit" out the LEFT SIDE of the FEMALE OUTLET. Everyone is overlooking that the LEFT SIDE of your extension cord is making CONTACT with the RIGHT SIDE OF THE EXTERNAL POWER JACK. This makes the LEFT of your extension cord REMAIN AS THE LEFT of the "new" inside pigtail outlet. These are NOT WIRED WRONG, people just do not understand. If you simply make a LOOP OF THIS and plug it INTO ITSELF, you will see the LEFT SIDE of the female cord plugging into the RIGHT SIDE OF THE MALE CONTACTS exactly as it NEEDS TO BE.

Does the flap have the little tag on it to help open it or does it not have it? Not all pictures show the tag on the flap.

The one that I bought from amazon has the flap on it to assist with opening. It’s very easy to open so even if it wasn’t there, it would be fine.

What are the dimensions of the hole pattern? Need to know the placement of the four holes....also screw size #6 or #8?

Great but not perfect fit !

Worked great on our STAR EV 48V cart as part of our conversion from lead acid to lithium. It was not a 100% exact match to existing charging port mount. Could not use the provided screws as existing mount used nuts and bolts (provided screws are course thread Phillips heads). Was able to reuse the existing nuts and bolts. Did have to adjust 2 holes in the cart very slightly to line up with the port plug holes. It covered about 98% of the same area as existing mount. Looks awesome, mounting is very secure, rubber plug will prevent water intrusion and worked great with lithium battery charger.
