Works for samsung 49" ultra wide.
I made myself a new desk and I knew that I wanted to get my samsung 49" monitor off of the stand that it comes with. I wanted the slick look of a single point mount with minimal contact surface with my desk. After looking around, the one that everyone suggest to use for this monitor cost a LOT! Like between $300 - $400. Thinking that was ridiculous, I started to look and read reviews here on amazon. This one fit my needs esthetically but the price point made me think it was not going to be a quality product because it was well under $100 at the time I purchased it. I figured with free returns I could at least take a look at it. Well.... the quality is outstanding and it's more than capable of holding this beast of a monitor up and I didn't have to crank anything down to max or over tighten anything to get it to stay put. I move / adjust it to where I want and it stays in place. Now..... where the monitor attaches to the stand is NOT out of the box ready to go. I knew this going into it. I wanted it to look as integrated / factory as possible and not look like the monitor stand is obviously aftermarket. What you have to do to accomplish this is use parts of both the existing mount and the mount that comes with the stand. I had to drill 1 hole larger and use a lower profile nut and bolt I had extra laying around to get it done. If you are not at least a little bit handy I wouldn't attempt it. If you are its pretty straight forward what you need to do when you have both pieces in front of you and are looking at them. I know my photo is kind of dark but you can see the integration looks seamless. This was important to me because the back of my monitor faces the rest of the room. If yours faces the wall you might not care to do it like I did as nobody will see it. Overall I'm very happy with the stand.

So far, it's been awesome...
I bought this to replace a crappy stand on my monitor that was taking up way to much space on my desk and getting in the way of my keyboard and mousepad. Setup was easy and straight forward. My only issue was determining where exactly to mount it to get my monitor where I wanted it. I had to take my time and plan out where to lock down the mounting base. Wire management is good. It looks good, works good, and cleans up the wiring nicely. Note: this was one of the few swing arms I could find that worked with my glass desk which is much thinner than a typical wooden desk. A lot of swing arms do not work with glass desks for obvious reasons. But even this swing arm alone would not work without a slight modification. To make it work and to protect the glass, I had to purchase a separate glass desk mounting plate that was also thick enough to make up the difference in thickness needed for this swing arm to clamp firmly. But if you're trying to use a swing arm on a glass desk, you'll likely need a separate mounting plate anyway to disperse the stress on the glass. I wish I didn't need it, but it's the only way to keep the glass from cracking from the stress.

Amazing
I purchased this 49-inch monitor, and it has honestly been one of the best investments Iโve made. The size is incredible โ itโs basically like having two 27-inch monitors side by side, but without the distracting bezels in the middle. This makes multitasking so much easier, and it has significantly boosted my productivity. I can work with multiple windows open at once, edit spreadsheets, or manage design software without constantly switching screens. The picture quality is outstanding: vibrant colors, deep blacks, and sharp resolution that looks amazing whether Iโm working, gaming, or streaming movies. For gaming, itโs a truly immersive experience โ the ultrawide format expands your field of view and makes you feel like youโre right inside the action. Another highlight is the curved design, which feels natural for the eyes and helps reduce strain even after hours of use. It also includes eye-care features like blue light reduction and flicker-free technology, which is a big plus if you spend long periods in front of a screen. Connectivity is excellent, with multiple HDMI and DisplayPort inputs, along with extra USB ports that are super convenient for connecting peripherals. The design itself is sleek, sturdy, and premium, making it a monitor that not only performs great but also looks great on a desk. Overall, this 49-inch monitor is perfect for professionals who need productivity and for gamers or movie lovers who want an immersive experience. Highly recommended.

Do not expect quality
Does it work? Kinda, very wobbly and no the tension screws do not help. They have greased the joints but also put plastic sleeves... not sure why both. Metal on metal with some grease would be the best option. i started with it mounted center of my desk but the length of the arms are different so when flush against the wall it is actually off center. So after re-installing about 6" off center now the screen can go back to center while against the wall. Also says compatible with curve monitors but this only kinda true, i had to use the original mount and mount it to the new are so it will be about 8" off the wall at best. Very disappointed for a 100$ mount. Would not recommend, i mighy return this one because of how cheap it feels and its awkward arm lengths. I never leave reviews that is how bad this is. Please stay away there are better opinions for simular or even cheaper price.

Solid and well-built with an excellent design
This has been an excellent monitor arm and holds my 32โ monitor with no issue and no sag. I firmly believe it could hold even more weight without a problem. I bought this to replace a cheaper monitor arm that would slowly drop over time and had constantly annoyed me. I debated against this one versus a more expensive variation from the same brand as my monitor. From photos, this one looked nearly identical in every way with similar specs and Iโm thrilled I went this route. The price is very fair and well worth the cost for the value. Last, Iโm very happy with the way it looks on the desk. Itโs very minimal, with squared off edges (which I prefer over round), with a classy matte finish to the metal.

The only monitor stand youโll need!
Absolutely Outstanding Monitor Stand Iโve been using this monitor stand with my 49-inch ultra-wide monitor, and itโs been perfect in every way. Hereโs what makes it stand out: โข Durability & Build Quality: This stand is incredibly sturdy, clearly made from high-quality materials, and built to last. โข Ease of Setup: Setting it up was quick and straightforwardโno complicated instructions or tools required. โข Range of Motion: The adjustability and range of motion are fantastic! Itโs easy to tilt, swivel, and adjust the height to find the perfect viewing angle. โข Cable Management: The built-in cable management system is excellent, keeping everything tidy and organized. โข Space-Saving Design: Despite its heavy-duty capabilities, it takes up minimal desk space, leaving me with plenty of room to work. Iโve had no issues at allโitโs held up beautifully. If youโre looking for a reliable, well-designed monitor stand with excellent adjustability, this one is an absolute winner!

Very nice and sturdy. Easy to assemble. The price belies the quality.
I was almost certain I would have to test/return different arms before finding a quality set at a fair price. These nailed it on the first try. They have a very high-quality look and feel without breaking the bank. The range of articulation suited my needs perfectly.

Nice and sturdy
Worth the extra money. Product is well made. Only thing is the tension adjustment is very hard. Not sure if it's by design, but shouldn't be this hard.

very strong, install process could be slightly improved
awesome monitor arm, my samsung odyssey g5, ultra wide 34" used to sag with my previous arm but this one supports it like it weighs nothing. breeze to install. the only thing that could be improved is the cable management that doesn't use any screws so kinda useful but if you pull on the cables a bit the brackets to hold the cables can pop out. it's not a problem once you've given it enough cable length but it makes the setup a bit annoying. also you can't screw/unscrew the desk clamp while the arm is on the base so put it in position before placing the arm
