Been using these Gut Health sachets for about two months now and I’m really happy with them. I’ve noticed a difference in my digestion, and they’re so easy to have every day. Most of the time I just mix one with water, but sparkling water is really good too. Thought I’d share because they’ve worked well for me.

I have been using it for over a week now, It has a very nice smell, but the taste is very sweet, which I personally don't like. it takes a little while to dissolve, so I add it to a cup or bottle with the lid so you can shake it well. I wish it wasn't so sweet.

I've been using rite products for 2 years now , and I can definitely say that they are reliable, and with certain products you can see the effects in just few days , like the daily greens and gut health .

Do not use without recommendation of a doctor. Fibre count is too high. You might pass from being loose to heavily constipated in matter of days. If doctor recommends then is very good, Flavor is nice

Have been religiously using rite guava flavor for 9 months now and I can wholeheartedly say it’s my morning ritual without fail before my coffee. It def help me to feel less bloated and gave me more energy throughout the day. Highly recommend.

My stomach feels lighter and at ease within less than an hour of drinking this. It also tastes amazing, so it makes me drink more water, and I can easily have this every day.

The powder dissolves in water, although I wouldn't say 'easily' - you do have to stir it for maybe up to a minute for it to completely dissolve, then you end up with a slightly 'thickened' water. The taste is very mild guava with no sweetness at all. If you want the full guava experience, I'd recommend adding maybe a teaspoon or two of sugar or your favourite sweetener. This prebiotic has a surprising amount of soluble fibre - 6.3g! That's more than a serving of Kellogg's Fruit & Fibre. 5* because the taste is fine and the cost is cheaper than similar products (whether ready made or in powder form).

These taste surprisingly good. They are supposed to be guava- probably more generic sweet fruit but they are nice enough.# They dissolve reasonably well although you do always get some residue left over. The fact they come in sachets is really handy and they are incredibly easy to rip, even one handed whilst wrangling children. I got these to try to flush my system through and they haven't entirely done that but then again, they are very much a supplement and i've definitely noticed after 3 weeks of use that I have a bit more energy, especially in the morning so I assume this is having an effect. Overall, a good option but not the cheapest, so 4 star.

Whatever the goals of this product I'm a bit miffed with the sellers! The ingredients list that is shown on the web page is incomplete!! It fails to mention what is shown in small writing on the small powder sachets, and that's that the ingredients include steviol glycosides. The web page omits the maltodextrin and beta carotene too, by the way. You simply can't sell something and not tell people everything it contains! It matters for me because I get a reaction to steviol, which causes pain and stomach upset. Steviol glycosides are a zero calorie sweetener that some manufacturers use instead of natural sugar. You can do your own trusted source research on the potential health implications of consuming it, and the abreactions possible. Not all folks get this reaction, but some of us do. I resent being kept in the dark about potentially troublesome ingredients in a product meant for human consumption.
