This is a amazing little smoker, works great , Smoker is built sturdy and of good materials. This smoker was a snap to assemble and we're really impressed with the quality for the price. It holds a temperature quite well with a small amount of charcoal - absolutely delicious results!

Quality is not good but hear me out on why I gave it 4 stars I didn’t much care to use this as an actual grill but it was an amazing beginner smoker. Emphasis on beginner. This has lots of areas that are not airtight making temperature control difficult but that being said with it being difficult it taught me how to adjust temps and manage drastic temperature changes. It also really taught me just how important air flow (and the lack there of) is. When people say that if you can learn on the cheap stuff you will master the better quality when you get it they really do mean it.

When there is water in the waterpan, it is very hard to keep the temperature up. With the water pan empty, the temp stays perfect.

Easy assembly, well constructed and well worth the cost. Inexpensive but very good quality.

This is my first smoker, and I’ve really been enjoying it. Smoking definitely comes with a learning curve, and the most challenging part so far has been getting the charcoal lit and ready. Fortunately, the small access door on the smoker makes this much easier to manage. One improvement I’d suggest is adding a locking mechanism for the different levels. It would make moving the smoker as a whole much more secure. That’s really the only change I’d make. Customer service has also been great. I had a minor issue with the lid, and they quickly offered to replace it, which was very reassuring. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this smoker—especially for beginners.

Tried for the first time. It is not able to retain any heat and sticks at 200°. Extremely disappointed. Was bought as a gift so can't even return it. Garbage it is
