I use these all the time to make myself breakfast sandwiches. I pour egg whites in and bake. Baking/cook time tome varies. I Usually do low and slow. When they are done make a sandwich, wrap in foil and freeze. Each night I take a sandwich out to thaw in the fridge to bring to work. They are somewhat non-stick. I do spray them with a bit of PAM so my eggs dont stick. They have left some residue in the past. They are pretty good quality.
