Its a cheese slicer I was able to must up a 10 pound brick of swiss cheese in 2 minutes. just had to cut it down the middle to make the size better

You can easily cut the cheese into any size you want without deforming it. Before, we used to struggle and end up with uneven slices, but now everything comes out much cleaner and more uniform. It makes a big difference—especially when making toast. With evenly sliced cheese, it feels like we can even make more toasts using the same amount. Super practical and satisfying to use!

I really like how this cutter is completely metal and can be easily washed after use. It does work pretty well but prefer to see a wire vs a blade so it can cut through without leaving a small scrap strip of cheese every slice. It is certainly rugged and can cut all types of cheese if you hold it correctly to the blade. The blade does have a little resistance so that needs some improvement.

Best cheese slicer Ive ever owned. Love how much control it gives you, and the clean, precise cuts it makes, just the way you wish it to. I am impressed with its quality. I might be wrong, but I think this will be the last cheese slicer I will own. It is just that good and appears to be able to make the long haul for as long as needed.

Pro’s: easy to use and clean Con’s: I was disappointed in the cutting quality. It does NOT do softer cheeses well…I did smoked Gouda, which I don’t consider overly soft and it did not handle it well. Definitely cannot cut thin slices…live and learn from their picture. It was smaller than I thought so does not handle larger blocks well. Probably okay for 2X2 inch logs, but not great for bigger blocks. The blade flexed to much.

This device does not cut cheese any better than a knife on a cutting board. The product was scratched when received, leading me to believe it was used.

This slicer is great. It works well for any type of hard cheese. The blade is sharp, and there are markings on the base to give you some idea how thick you are slicing the cheese. It's easy to clean and doesn't take much room to store. It's worth it imo!

I use this cutter quite a bit and the quality is very good. It’s very easy to clean and it slices cheeses amazingly well. The measuring board is very handy if your recipe calls for for a specific size. I’ve used this for some vegetables and cream cheese for my bagels. I would recommend this product.
