Absolute Perfect Product. My friends keep asking if I've had Botox, and the answer is no! At 60, this product makes me look younger than 45. It's not a miracle, but you'll need moisturizer. I've used this for over a year and will continue to buy it. Korean skincare is the best, so I tried some other products from the same company; some truly worked miracles, making my skin complexion look so good, I went to the street and work without makeup for the first time in 40 years, and I enjoyed it. I hope they continue to be available. Thank you. I am very pleased and do recommend it; in fact, I've sent my cream photo to my friends (and I rarely write reviews).

This retinol facial cream is nice. It is gentle and does not irritate, hurt, burn skin. I have not had any peeling from it either. I’ve been using it only at night time. Make sure you wear SPF during the daytime when using this product. The tube is nice. Product comes out nicely and evenly. Cream is a yellow color and it is scent/fragrance free. I’ve been using for approx 7-10 days now at night only. Have not noticed any ‘changes’ in my skin as of yet, but retinol based products take consistent use to see ‘improvements’. If you’re looking for a Gentle retinol cream, this one is great and the price is great! Highly recommend!

Not fond of products that are labeled this way. The front is entirely in English, but the back with the ingredients is entirely in Korean. I took it upon myself to translate for those interested in investigating this product. Translations aren’t exact, but the ingredients it lists check out for a product such as this. Immediately after spreading over the back of my hand, it felt firmer. Also felt more moisturizing than it leads you to believe. However smells very perfume-y, fragrance has its place and it is not on the face! I do not know how to take the “skin whitening” section of the translated label, I don’t understand why that would be a result of using this product and not have it appear in the listing? It does speak to helping to even out the skin tone, but whitening seems like an interesting choice of words and an entirely different result. May be the way the translation came out.

I love this stuff

This 0.4% retinoid cream smells wonderfully. I have dry sensitive skin and for the past 2 weeks that I have been using this cream on a nightly basis and I have had no reactions to it except for the areas around my eyes. Here's a tip, do not use this around your eyes. I made the mistake of putting this cream around my eyes thinking that the % of retinoid would not affect my skin... I was wrong. The skin around my eyes got irritated and was inflamed because this cream is that strong. What I have noticed is that my skin is a lot brighter and the little sun freckles that I have on my cheekbones have lightened. After just 4 nights of using this cream, my skin started to exfoliate. As for my wrinkles and crow's feet, I think I will have to use this cream a lot longer to be able to see a noticeable difference, but I am so excited I am already seeing some very positive results. Most retinoid OTC creams are 0.1% whereas this one is 0.4%! That is a huge difference! Overall, the quality and ingredients of this cream is top notch, and it is affordable. I will be reordering again. I really am so impressed with the results in just 2 weeks. I definitely recommend this awesome skincare line from Korea.

I am currently applying tretinoin .05 and have been using this for just over 3 months now. I just passed the purging phase of having all my acne come out. I was really excited to try this retinAl. This is better than a retinol cream being that it’s stronger and you’ll see faster results. And since it’s not as strong as a Retinoid like tretinoin, it’s not as irritating. It has a very light pleasant scent. The only downside is the ingredients and usage on the back are all in Chinese. Also, my skin turns yellow when using this. Beware of that. Don’t use it during the day. If you do your skin might be yellow and use spf.

It is far to soon to tell if this works but, already after only a few nights use I know this is a cream I would re-purchase. I received this on the Vine programme to try and, in honesty, as I have never heard of this product or manufacturer, I would not have chosen to purchase it but, having now tried it, I am impressed. It is a yellow, almost ointment/cream in a tube. You need very little to cover your whole face. I noticed no significant scent and, given this contains retinol, I experienced no irritation but, if you have never used retinoids previously, take care to build up to daily night time use, start with say, twice per week. My skin did seem ever so slightly raw after the second night's use but, no so that it would put me off. I certainly looked fresher the morning after. You are strongly advised to patch test over 48 hours before using and to avoid the cream if you have sensitive skin, which I do have. This is described as clinical grade containing 0.3% retinol - I don't know if this is high or not but the product I had been using contained 0.4% but this Whitesilk definately seems to have more active product in it because I can actually feel and believe I can see the difference. As the sun has now revealed itself here in the UK I may just save this cream and give it a longer test when I am not at risk of burning my face as I do not believe Retinol and Sunshine mix well - even if you are only using this at night a 30+ SPF is a must the following day or you will undo the hard work of the cream and/or damage your skin. I would never, ever even consider using a product containing Retinol during the day, at bed-time is best, let it do it's work and use a good Vit C (never with Retinol) and Hyaluronic acid in your morning routine instead (+ SPF factor 30+). I am probably biased because I have a lot of faith in Korean Skincare products but this cream just feels like good quality and definitely a fair price for the Retinol content.

It is an ultra-concentrated (retinoid 4000ppm) hybrid cream. It is worth studying the listing to get a fuller understanding of the contents and how they can affect your cream. It has the strongest retinol cream you can buy apparently and I have been careful how I applied it and started with 2 applications per week as advised. I use the cream on all over my face including my neck and eyes and although I have not been using the cream for that long I think I can see a difference as my skin has become softer and visibly smoother. I did do a patch test before using the cream all over my face but my sometimes-sensitive skin did not have any irritation nor any negative reaction so it obviously suits my skin well. I use a pea sized amount on top of my nightly skin care products as my final step. I was a bit worried about using human skin cell technology but have come to terms with it. If using it in the daytime I use it on clean dry skin and follow up with my normal skincare products plus this cream also needs to be followed up with a high SPF to protect your skin. I think this is an impressive cream for the price.

I have another WHITESILK skincare product that I really like, in fact it's a firm favourite, so I had high hopes for the WHITESILK Instant Perfection Anti-Wrinkle Night Repair Face Cream. I'm glad to say that I was certainly not disappointed. The cream comes in a boxed plastic tube. It has a slight yellow tinge to it that doesn't actually show on the face. I can't really detect any kind of fragrance. The directions state to apply it after cleansing. I have to say, I love this cream. It leaves my skin looking lovely, smooth, bright, glowing and feeling really hydrated. I think how it makes my skin look is wasted in bed, so much so that I actually use it as a day cream rather than a night cream. It contains retinol and some people can react to retinol. Whilst it doesn't say anything on the packaging, it's probably best for people new to using retinol products to gradually build up using it, for example once or twice a week, then three times a week etc up to everyday use. I don't have sensitive skin so this isn't something I personally need to consider when selecting skin care products, but suffice to say I've had no issues using the cream. Results from beauty products vary widely from person to person and what works well for one may not work at all for another. It is a matter of trial and error to find what works best for each individual. My own personal experience of using the WHITESILK Instant Perfection Anti-Wrinkle Night Repair Face Cream has been very positive so far.
