It's a little tight getting on but once it's up and everything is in place it's surprisingly comfortable. I was able to wear it for 10+ hours, sitting and standing, and could still breathe and eat. It doesn't make me a size 2, but it does smooth out my apron belly and prevent thigh chafing. I could definitely see a different and it made me a little more comfortable than I normally would be with my appearance. I did need help getting the back fully pulled up and back fat tucked in. As someone with an annoyingly large chest (42N), I appreciated being able to wear my own bra (though because of my large chest the straps were slightly awkward, and became bothersome as the night went on). The open gusset is a game changer. I was skeptical but I was able to use the ladies room multiple times with no issue. My small complaint is that the thighs rolled up every so often, so I had to find somewhere to go to pull them down, but it wasn't constant. I'm 5'3, and usually wear 16/18 pant, XXL shirt.
