The media could not be loaded. This little safe was very easy to set up, with both 4-digit number access and a fingerprint reader. You'll need to read the instructions to set things up, and it was very easy to do. It is set up to record two primary fingerprints and eight additional fingerprints. There is plenty of room inside for one pistol (right now, an airsoft replica) but also for jewelry, and other small items.It also comes with two keys and a cable that allows you to lock it to something. No lock is included but any small padlock will work. One end of the cable has a metal stop that gets placed inside the safe through a small slot so it can't be pulled out, and the other end has a loop that a lock can be placed on. The fingerprint reader seems to work well, and that is my preferred option for opening it, but glad there is a number pad too. There is also a charging port to keep the electronics live (which isn't supposed to be needed often), but also in case the reader goes dead and you can't find the keys. all in all, a fine case and highly recommended.

This safe has some nice features that I’ve been looking for in a portable firearms box. It’s light-weight (compared to most) and locks securely.There is one security flaw that prevents it from being a true safe, which I’ll discuss later. But the biometric fingerprint, the quick opening response time, the backup USB power port, the cable tie and the lip around the rim of the box (to prevent it from being pried open) are solid features…One add-on that had me puzzled was the long black spudger. One end is like a claw and the other is a flat-end. I called the support line and got ahold of someone from the company who said this is to help open the battery door inside the safe without breaking your fingernails.Pros: biometric fingerprint scanner allows multiple users with one admin. The safe locks tightly. There is a quick response time to the biometric scan and opens very quickly. Backup USB power source for when the batteries die. Lockdown cable to tie the safe to a pole or a metal seat beam in your car.Cons: Easy to break into in less than 15 minutes. Battery pack is wired to the case and the wire is a bit short. There is a warning in the manual about this, but some people don’t read the manual.About that first negative - which is the main reason I’ve given this 4 instead of 5 stars. You can program a 4 digit code and use that to unlock the safe. Each digit consists of the numbers 1 through 4. That means there are only 4-to-the-fourth-power combinations, or 256 total possible combinations to go through to open the safe. Because the safe allows you three attempts before making you wait four seconds, that means it is possible for someone with fast fingers to try up to 3 combinations every 7 seconds. When you do the math, that’s only 10 minutes needed to crack through every possible combination. A busy, unsupervised 9 year old could crack this.I’d like to se a second version where there is no numeric code, or where it is vastly improved to use either more numbers, more digits, or both. Even one more digit - a five digit code - with the same 4 numbers would make it 4 times harder - meaning, 30 minutes longer, to try all the combinations.Other than that, the biometric entry works great and blocks out others. There is a physical key that could be used in case of emergencies - and there’s that great USB port that can be used in case the batteries die.

Biometrics are great. Heavy duty and portable. Safe and easy to set up.

Very well built and easily mounts almost anywhere. The buttons are not intuitive, but pretty easy to learn. I also like the unique key that it uses, so that it would be nearly impossible to pick.My only real gripe is that the fingerprint reader is a bit touchy. You have to keep your finger at just the right angle that you set it at, or it will not read it.Other than that, its a fine safe to keep your bang bang in until you need to access it!

This safe is very solidly built. there's no edges around the safe that would provide an easy pry spot or be easy to break into. I love that it can take up to 10 fingerprints to allow all adults in the house quick easy access to get in. It's also a great feature that it has a manual key to gain entry if you don't happen to notice the batteries ran out. If you happen to lose the key it also has a backup USB power adapter. Spacious enough could also be used as a safe keeping box for good jewelry or cash especially since the box is small enough to hide.
