Der Geschmack ist gut, nicht zu süß, Sie machen satt und das Beste es hilft, nach etwa 2-3 Stunden stellt sich ein Stuhlgang ein, welcher regelmäßiger und öfter mit diesen Riegeln ist. Ich esse sie meist statt dem Frühstück, quasi to go, spare mir so eine Mahlzeit ein. Der Stern abzug ist für den hohen Preis.
