YUM YUM YUMM!! I absolutely love these protein pastries, especially when you put them in the microwave for 30 seconds! They are a perfect high protein snack. That’s also pretty filling. I love cinnamon and recommend anybody who likes the cinnamon roll.

These are a little chewy but have good flavor like a frosted cinnamon pop tart. And if you have diabetes they’re amazing for my sweet tooth even tho they are a little expensive

These are a steady standby for me when I want a quick, tasty protein breakfast.

UPDATED: My original review was "Meh!" Two things to note. The seller saw my review and offered me a refund -- not to change my review. They did not ask me to change my review. I did not change my review at that time nor did I accept a refund. HOWEVER, I am changing my review now. When I first bought these, I was new to the lifestyle changes I needed to make which included cutting out added sugars, cutting down on carbs, etc. Of course, if you are used to eating foods with lots of sugar and you got to an alternative, the texture and taste are not going to be the same. Now that I have been on my new journey for a bit, I actually like these. The frosted cinnamon is not available now, but I've ordered a different version and other Legendary products. I thought I would try these as an alternative to protein bars and chips. Meh. My expectation was that they would have more of the texture of something like a pop tart. They really don’t. The suggestion for eating is to heat for a few seconds in the microwave. I tried that first. The pastry becomes more moist and mushy when heated in the microwave. I then tried toasting it, but the frosting comes off in the toaster. Finally, I tried just straight out of the package. None of it really hits the spot. It is not crunchy enough to satisfy my penchant for crunchy foods. It is not sweet enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. There’s just very little flavor. That said, it also doesn’t have that intense fake protein flavor. I will consume what I purchased, but I will unlikely purchase again.

Great for on the go protein

Would be 5 stars but if you e bought legendary pop tarts, you know they are inconsistent with the quality. I should get the same quality either I buy the product off Amazon or at the grocery. That's not the case. Sometimes I get a box that's super dry and not much "icing" while other times they are perfectly moist and sufficiently iced. Get your quality under control, legendary!
