they both love it, its huggable
I bought this product for my kiddos... i bought both the puppy and monkey... they both love it, its huggable, very soft texture, like those stuffed toys but this one with a purpose, there is a gel like material where its safe to be use as either warm or cold compress...very useful and safe esp for kids... i really like it and my kids likes them too... its a smart buy and i definitely recommend this to be a must have for all moms out there... its also a good idea for gifts for kids bdays, baby shower, or any esp occassions.. its amazing!!!

Easy to use
This cuddly monkey is cute and at the same time useful. My baby loves it! It is soothing not too cold and not too hot. And it’s easy to use just sllip the cold pack or hot pack in and its ready! And baby doesn’t feel extreme temp because of the cuddly monkey cover!

Soft and cuddly!
This is an amazing product! I bought it for my 3-year old daughter before our trip to Kentucky. She loved it. We’ve used it so many times this winter. Occasionally, I would use it for myself for hot compress! Great product! Highly recommended!

Nice size!
My 6 yr old granddaughter wanted a plush hot pack like her friends. All I was finding were very small packs- not at all what she had in mimd. This pack is a nice size, adorable plush animal, with two freeze or heat packs. Can put one in the freezer and save one to heat. She is delighted.

I love this hot/cold pack
This hot/cold pack is awesome. The quality is great and the monkey plush toy is added bonus. My daughter doesn’t get scared using it and instead she sees it as a toy. Must buy especially of you have little kiddos
