I really wanted to love this. I mean the fabric is thick, the garment overall has a good weight and the colors! The colors are so rich, the picture really doesn't do this item any justice. That's where it all stops though. I wear XL and I like my overgarments large so I ordered XXL. I like to wear layers underneath and was expecting it to fit a little on the large side if I ordered up. The only thing that came XXL were the sleeves. I could live with that if everything else upscaled as well but it didn't. I'm 5'8" this item exteneds just an inch or two below my belly button. It's MUCH shorter in length than I normally see for this type of item. I would order the next size up and hope for a bit more length, but I know the arms will be much too long and I doubt it'll fix many of the other issues I have with this piece.Oh and about that size. I ordered XXL and it fit like an XL. If i wanted to wear this item as a single layer it would work, and if that's how you plan on wearing it, you might want to give it a shot as others seem to be pretty happy with it. As a single layer, I wouldn't find the fabric very comfy against my skin for too long. I have fairly sensitive skin and I know if I were to wear this all day long without any under layers, it would probably lead to some rashes.The armpit circumference is also pretty small. For an XXL I was expecting to have plenty of space here, shoot even as an XL in countless pieces of clothing this for me is never an issue. If you ever put on a jacket that seemed to restrict your arm movement because of tightness in the armpit, you'll totally get what I'm referring to. It seems this garment doesn't scale up in size as you'd expect with most garments.Another odd thing is the construction. Usually with stitching for a garment like this it's done in such a way that your movement doesn't feel restricted. In this case the stitching is very tight and a tad bit bulky. The bulkiness is more of an aesthetic, I'm sure with some washes it would settle down. The tightness however doesn't look like it will have much give, even if you wear it religiously like a new pair of cowboy boots.Lastly, the hole for the head also is a bit snug. It fits like a tight crew neck, which is strange because I ordered an XXL.I'm pretty sad this item doesn't fit the way I expected. It's really a great piece if you're:1) a little on the shorter side2) prefer to wear shorter length jackets/shirts3) not planning on wearing many layers under it4) don't mind tightness around your shouldersI guess I'll have to try another company.

Giving two stars because item seems like good quality. The problem is they can’t seem to send me the correct item. Twice I have ordered a large black and blue and both times they have sent me an XXL black and white. The first time I thought no biggie, human error, this second time I’m thinking company error. And yes, I checked to make sure it wasn’t an error on my part. So disappointed...

This is pretty warm for what you're getting. Lounging around the house it keeps you warm but if you step into the wind, it goes through every crack in the thread. But I still love it. I probably could've gotten it a size smaller but you never know when you buy things online. Considering the style for these tends to be an oversized look, I'm pretty pleased with it. However, even with it being big, the seam where the arm is sewn to the body is smaller than expected. Like, if you try and take it off by bending your arms and pulling them through, that will be more difficult. There is zero stretch, so it has to be pulled off by grasping the bottom and pulling it over your head. Or, how guys always seem to do it by grabbing the collar and pulling it over their head, but I'm a girl with long hair and that's no good for me.Anyway. Good product overall.

First material will take me a bit to get use to not my favorite personally now if your a heavier xl ,xxl you might want a bigger size if you want a loose fit other wise it will fit snug and tight the reason I got it was cuz I wanted something loose and I liked the look seeing that the size fit small it lost a star for me and the material was a bit scratchy for my taste but every one likes different fabrics differently so to each it’s own that was the other star but it did come in time looks cool and very warm I was between 3-4 so hope this helps

The material and inner smoothness is nice. Problem is, for my XL, the trunk is unusually short. Like if u reach up for something it rises up too high. Sleeve length is plenty however. Kinda feel stuck with it now. :/

Bought 2 for my daughter a few years ago, now purchased 3 more, 1 for myself and 2 for family. I typically wear an XL top, so I went XXL with this to allow more room for layers. Not a tight fit but not as much room as I would have liked. Granted clothes for a 6ft 265Lb man not the norm.

This Baja hoodie is very comfortable. It is a quality woven feel just as it looks. I find the sleeves a bit long for my build. That's just me though. I am considering buying another for home. I bought this one for work when I'm chilly at my desk.

This runs small and unraveled a hole in the armpit within 2 weeks of light wear. Don't waste your money purchasing this item.
