Silicone strip may pull at skin
I was really excited about this product. The fit is good, and the compression is nice and comfortable. Where this product lost stars is with the silicone strip. The strip sticks to and pulls my incision when I walk, which is uncomfortable/painful. It can also make the incision feel sweaty and pull other things in that region. I usually take these off after a couple hours of wear, which isn't convenient. I'm 8 weeks postpartum, and I feel like if I wore these sooner after my c-section, it would have been very painful. For the price, I think knowing this is important.

I WEAR THESE DAILY and will continue to do so for awhile!
I had my baby via emergency c-section 1 month ago and have worn these daily since coming home from the hospital. I was unsure what size to order as I still had a lot of swelling. Pre-pregnancy I wore a size 10-12 jean and weighed around 175. So I ordered a size 1X-2X. They fit perfect for 1-2 weeks and now are not as snug. They still provide me with support and help with comfort because (lets be real) my tummy looks like a stretched out pancake. Hey! I just had major surgery, don't judge lol.Now weighing around 160 with a flabby new mom tummy I still want to wear these and will be ordering more. They do help hide the muffin top. I will now get the L-XL size as my hips are about 40'' and I can fit back into my size 10 jeans again! Hooray :)My scar has healed nicely as far as I can tell. It does itch sometimes but nothing excessive, the silicone patch might have helped with this!?I don't feel like I overheat or sweat in these. The material is fairly breathable. I also still wear maternity pants and layer with tank tops so if anything I should be roasting under all these layers. One more thing, kind of TMI. Heavy flow pads fit fine in these and stay in place. This is also something you will be wearing for a good month...or more. Stock up :)

Major flaw
Ok I think the panties have great potential except one major issue. Maxi pads do not stick to them. Seriously, underwear for recovering after pregnancy and you can't get a pad to stick, I was so angry trying to get the pad in place while trying to put these on. It is a serious flaw.

Great for the hospital!
I tried several different products. The C-Panty was not too difficult to get on & off (helpful when you're post-op!) but still provided the support that I needed. I was able to use them right away in the hospital, and for about 2 months postpartum until my incision was healed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone recovering from a c-section.

Good support, fit could be better
One thing that's worth noting is the product says you're not supposed to use it until your incision is healed with no scabs. So that's at least a week or two post-partum before you should use it. I did try putting a liner in front of the silicone strip to wear it earlier (as it suggests), but found it a bit itchy. Plus your incision is supposed to breathe, so I ended up using a binder and loose-fitting panties instead in those first two weeks. Once I start using it, I also don't wear it constantly. Again, product suggests wearing for 8-23 (or maybe 12-23) hours, and I find wearing it multiple days in a row results in some slight irritation on my incision area. The good: It provides good support. Quality seems good. The bad: Fit is a little weird for me. The silicone strip is just a tad low compared to where my incision is, so I had to pull the front way up to prevent the stitching at the edges of the silicone from irritating the incision. As a result, the silicone strip ends up being a smidge too narrow, and the crotch sits funny -- tight in front, baggy in the back.Ultimately, I'm glad I have it for the days I feel my abdomen need additional support. But given the price, I don't know if I would've bought it again had I known what I know now.

Get these ;)
I wish I had known about these with my son after having a C-section. I used these with my daughter and I felt pretty good only a couole months after birth, I still do! I don't use them any more...but they were AWESOME!So if you're having a C-section (planned or unplanned) get these!I found these before My daughter was born because I knew I would need more support the second time around. Then in the hospital after surgery they gave me an optional list of things to get and believe it or not these were on there lolSo needless to say my doc was stoked that I already had them. The only thing is...I would wait until staples (or stitches) are out which usually happens within 7ish days. If you do use them before staples are out I would put a maxi pad as a buffer; because the silicon (for me) made the staples stick to it a bit which sucked :/Get these ;)

Helpful for smoothing and light support post c section
These are a nice option that provides some smoothing while your abdomen is shrinking postpartum. In terms of shapewear they are not the most constricting, however, I find that to be particularly uncomfortable at this point. For me the silicone strip aligned with my C-section scar. I also found that it left less lines on the back side than some other options I've tried in the past. They are on the pricey side but about on par with similar products. Since this is baby #3 for me, I anticipate wearing them longer than I would have with previous pregnancies.

Would definitely buy again.
Love it. It was a bit daunting to wear right after my c section so I waited about a week. Wish I had done it sooner. Not only did it aid the healing process but it was also slimming. It has been 7 wks since the c section and I just bought another set because it still keeps me looking slim. From 2 weeks after the surgery I received many compliments about my figure. Full disclosure: I also used the belevation shaper.

Good compression and fit after c-section
Good fit and compression. I really like the silicone pad to protect my c-section scar. I only started using the pants after 3 weeks of delivery since I felt they were too tight due to my swelling. Now they fit perfectly and very are comfortable to use all day.

Good after c-section
Very good fit, really helps flattening post c-section tummy. Unsure about its benefits in terms if healing but it helps the look of my tummy under tight clothes.

Run slightly smaller than expected
Very tight fit around tummy but no pain around scar.

I'd have to hike these up very high to fit better but then the silicone panel would not align with ...
I would not get the high waisted versions of this if I had to buy again. Loose in the caboose (and I have lots of junk in my trunk), not supportive over the belly, and the waistband is too tight so it rolls down. I ordered the size based on the size chart. Perhaps the position of my incision plays a role. I'd have to hike these up very high to fit better but then the silicone panel would not align with my scar.
