Wonderful for my mother, who is in a nursing home
These have been a godsend for my mother! Being in a nursing home, it can be hard to hear her movies/shows on her kindle. Headphones that are heavy or earbuds that hurt her ears or would easily be dropped and lost, were NOT an option! I searched for “neck speakers” and found several, but I wanted something that had great sound quality, great reviews and good charging life. I’ve owned Monster speakers beforehand, so I knew the brand was good. Man, what a lifesaver they've been!!! Got them for her for Christmas, and she LOVES them!!! Worth every single penny! The life on them is great, easy to BT to her Kindle and lightweight enough to not bother her neck. What a great find!

Work well-ish but look good
Big fan. Been using this style for yrs now and finally got the monster petite but a bit upset about the play/pause button only working when it wants to. Also the speakers sound a bit blown/damaged. Got them on sale for $60 and if they plan on hiking the price back up they might want to fix those issues

Good for daily use but not for gaming. The audio sounds horrible for gaming, almost unusable.

BATTERY LIFE DISAPPOINTING
I've bought a number of Monster products over the years (mostly cables and power-related) and have always been happy with them. This Monster Boomerang Petite Neckband was a disappointment. BATTERY. I've owned this neckband for approximately 1.5 years. After moderate use, when I did try to use it for a longer period of time, I learned it did not have enough power to last. This device (and similar) should have a way to change batteries. It's very wasteful to discard it the neckband--even if some parts can be recycled. COMFORT & FIT. Another issue is that the little metal pieces at the two ends of the band rest on my collarbone and carry vibration -- which is not comfortable on bones, so while wearing it, so I am often adjusting how it rests around my neck. We have a regular, full-size (not petite) Monster neckband in the house, which is good for a large adult. I am not a petite, nor large size, and the petite is the best fit on me. OVERALL, had I known about the battery issue, I would not have bought this neckband. Otherwise, I really liked it.
