They kind od do not stick too well ,depending where you are putting the pads .My Knee and elbow .both you bend .I used fabric elasterplast all around the heat pads .This kept them in place ,as well as having the effectivness of them.You can feel the heat penertrating .They have worked on me fot the hours it says .I have then cleaned my knee and elbow ,and put more elastaplast around .The heat pads are effectice ,but they just do not hold in place ,which is why I put elasterplast around them .

I've used other type off heat patches. These are better. Been using for my back and they do work. Easy to apply. Smell nice too. It did dull the pain. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star review is the sticy adhesive doesn't stick for long, maybe a few hours, then it starts peeling off.

Very hot provided you stick them to your lower back or back of your neck at night and sleep on them. That way the bed presses on the plasters and the result is very good heat. If you only stick them on anywhere but with nothing pressing constantly against them they do NOT get hot. They do last up to 12 hours when hot. Very nice smell indeed! LO.

Suffered for two years from right knee which hurt at times when walking, pain being noticeably greater when going up stairs. An advert on TV spoke of a miracle cure to knee pain. I nearly changed the program but, for once, saw it to the end. The ten or fifteen pounds seemed worth a try and the relief of some eight hours was immediate. It turned out the patches were even better than I thought possible. All this was some four years ago when I used a few months' worth then forgot about them. This came back to me this morning when I realised the source of the pain, within inside the body, had vanished. I then renewed the patches, seeing I just noticed a very faint feeling to keep going, amazed at them being a cure not just a pain relief.

Nachdem ich zunächst einige Rezensionen hier las, war ich skeptisch. Zum Glück habe ich die Wärme-Pflaster dennoch bestellt. "Dank" einer sehr starken Arthrose habe ich ständige Schmerzen im Knie. Während ich nun auf den Termin für die Knie-OP warte, empfahl mir mein Operateur Wärmepflaster zur Schmerzlinderung. Ja, diese Pflaster werden warm, bei Bewegung gefühlt noch mehr. Möglich, dass dies von einigen als zu warm empfunden wird. Für meine schmerzenden Knie ist es perfekt. Ich komme so ohne Schmerzmittel durch meinen Arbeitstag, vorher wäre das völlig unmöglich gewesen. Habe sie nun mehrfach gekauft, werde ich vor der OP auch weiterhin tun. Absoluter Gamechanger für mich!
