Seriously, what an amazing design they have. I love the Owala spouts. I detest water bottles with straws, except for Owala. These things are so pleasant to drink out of. Also, this lid is fantastic, it's leak proof, easy to remove (Stanley, take a look, this is better), and that little string loop thing goes great over your middle finger. That's the strongest point, and if someone messes with you swing that thing like a club! Seriously, don't go around just hitting people, but as a self-defense item this will work! It kept my ice water nice and cold today. They claim you can put other stuff in here, but really, why would you? It's such a fantastic water bottle. I guess if you wanted to load it up with coffee, tea, soda, or any number of adult beverages that's up to you. I just don't want to stain up the inside. The 18 ounce fits perfectly in my backpack's water bottle pocket. I have the Bellroy Transit Workpack Pro 28L. I bought this to take with me when I fly. Empty water bottles are allowed thru security, then fill it up after going through security. It'll save you a bunch on bottled water. If you want something easy to carry, fits any cup holder, and can hold enough water to quench your thirst for a reasonable amount of time the 18 ounce is perfect.
