This monitor sits comfortably next to my U2720Q 4k monitor as my second display. Connected to my PC via the HDMI port, the Full HD picture is excellent when set at 100Hz refresh rate. There is easy tweaking of the picture using the joystick control on the rear of the monitor. I like the flexibility offered by the adjustments to height, tilt, pivot and rotate, which allow me to position this display next to my larger monitor. The stand is silver, I would have preferred black to match the display body.There is no speaker or audio out. This is fine for my needs as I have a separate sound system. A Dell audio bar is available as an extra, fits under the monitor and requires a USB connection to the PC.This P2425H is a brilliant monitor with a solid Dell 3 year warranty. It is excellent value at the current price.

Great monitor but missing HDMI cable

As to be expected from Dell, a good quality monitor.easy to use and functions as anticipated.

Bought for work and is very clear. Recommend when using with a dock and for multiple screens

I have purchased 3 Dell monitors. Unfortunately two of the three monitors are experiencing concerning electrical issues - I can hear audible electrical current when they are plugged in, and both monitors have unreliable power connections requiring repeated adjustments to function. I have returned all 3 and will go with another supplied.

so far excellent all the way. Good improvement on my previous monitor which was 60Hz, this has a clearer image at 100Hz. Very easy to unpack, fit the stand and setup. Looks cool and modern with its minimal surrounding frame. The additional USB & USBc sockets are a useful feature. Only thing for me is an aesthetic aspect, it is listed as black and indeed the monitor is black, however the stand is silver and I would have preferred this to be matt black as well.

After being on the hunt for a reliable office monitor and going through roughly 20 different options I opted for this and I’m absolutely delighted by the purchase.The screen size I chose was 24’ due to the relative seating distance I have from my desk, I’m sure the 27’ model would work just fine.My main work revolves around drafting and editing and requires me to stare at the screen for roughly 5-6 hours/day on an average. The screen is pleasantly bright even at 70% and does not hurt the eyes. This is where the tilt, pivot, swivel features works wonders making it viewable from various angles.The colours are absolutely stunning to look at despite the screen having the matte finish.The availability of various ports including a VGA makes it a no-brainer for me and I can easily connect this monitor to my older PC as well, consequently having a USB-C makes it future proof.Dell makes wonderful office machines so there’s not much to debate here if your primary work revolves around office tasks, this is a good choice, go for it.
