The ingredients does not specify which. Both are excellent sugar substitutes; very low glycemic index (near zero). Xylitol actually has a mild anti biotic property that is used in some nose spray products. Erythritol emparts a cool tasting sweetness (cool as in low temp, not as in "really cool").
