A Surprisingly Versatile RGB Video Light for Creators I've been using the K&F Concept Magnetic RGB Video Light for a little while now, and overall, I’m really impressed with what it offers for the price. Whether you're into photography, videography, or just need a flexible lighting solution for vlogs or livestreams, this little light delivers a lot of value in a compact form. Build Quality & Design Right out of the box, the build quality feels premium. The body feels sturdy and durable, unlike some of the cheaper plastic options on the market. It’s lightweight and small enough you could fit it in your pocket. The built-in magnet is a great touch, however a little on the weaker side Brightness & Color Options One of the standout features is the wide color temperature range (2500K-9900K) and the full RGB spectrum. The brightness is surprisingly strong for such a small device, and the CRI 96+ rating ensures colors look natural and accurate. Whether I need warm, ambient lighting or cool, daylight tones, it’s easy to adjust. The 360° color wheel also gives a ton of creative flexibility, making it fun to experiment with different lighting moods. Lighting Effects & Usability The 21 built-in lighting effects (like flickering candle, lightning, and police siren) are a fun addition. While I probably won’t use them all, they’re great for adding dynamic effects to video content without needing extra software or post-production work. The menu system is simple and intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to figure out how to cycle through settings. Battery Life & Charging The rechargeable battery holds up pretty well. On medium brightness, I can get a few hours of use, but on full brightness, it drains faster (which is expected). Luckily, it charges via USB-C, which is super convenient and means I can charge it with the same cable as my other gear. Final Thoughts For the price, the K&F Concept RGB Video Light is a solid investment for photographers, videographers, and content creators looking for a compact, powerful, and versatile lighting solution. The strong magnet, wide color range, and built-in effects make it a great all-around light for both creative and practical use. The only minor downside is that at full brightness, battery life could be longer, but given the size, it’s understandable. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. If you need a portable and reliable RGB light, this one is a fantastic option.

I recently invested in a pair of these K&F Concept RGB Video Lights, and it was definitely the right decision. Having two units gives me so much more creative control over my lighting setups. I can use them as key and fill lights, create interesting colour contrasts, or set up balanced lighting for interviews and product shots. The versatility is impressive - each light offers a full 360° range of hues and adjustable colour temperature from 2500K to 9900K. The build quality is solid, and both units have been consistently reliable. I love the practical design features - the magnetic backs are surprisingly strong, and the multiple mounting options (including cold shoe mount and 1/4" threads) make positioning them a breeze. The controls are intuitive with clear LED screens, making it easy to match settings between both lights. Battery life is great, getting about 2 hours of use at maximum power per unit, which covers most of my shooting sessions. They're really compact and lightweight. Oh, and also they have little magnets on the back, so that means you can attach them to most metal surfaces! The 21 light effects on each unit allow me to create all sorts of lighting atmospheres, and the high CRI of 96+ ensures natural colour reproduction in my photos and videos. Fantastic quality video and Macro light. Lots of adjustment available in a sturdy well built case that is also magnetic. Two tripod mounts and an included metal cold shoe adapter. The packaging oozes quality and is better packed than the considerably more expensive set I bought this to complement. I have a K&F ball head tripod with lots of adjustment and it was because that is of such great quality that I went with this light. Very impressive so far. If anything goes wrong I’m confident their customer support will be more than helpful. Fantastic piece of pocket sized equipment. Awesome.

This has worked exactly as expected with no issues so far. It’s easy to use, holds a charge well, and the colour options are genuinely useful rather than gimmicky. Build quality feels solid and the magnetic mounting is a nice touch. Light output is consistent and adjustable, which makes it easy to dial in. Overall, it does what it’s meant to and does it reliably.

An excellent device which I use for much more than just photography. Combined with a small flexible tripod, I've used it as a general torch, as a room light while we had a power cut, for close adjustable lighting of items on my workbench and for lighting an area of carpet when removing a stain. When going up the ladder to our loft its easily held between thumb and palm, leaving my fingers free to hold onto the ladder. Also its battery lasts much longer than my last rechargeable floodlight. When we next go camping I'll take it as a room light and reading light (with the level dimmed so my wife isn't disturbed while sleeping). When she's coming back from the wash building, she can switch it to its flashing mode if she feels worried about someone walking near her. If our car breaks down we have a handy emergency flashing red light. Generally just 50% brightness is fine for most of these uses. I'm very impressed. I haven't used many of the various colour options yet, but its good to know they're there as a tool for creating unusual photos.

Ideal little light for my macro photography

First off this was packaged really nicely. Unboxing was a treat. The usb cable is included for charging at the battery was full within an hour. The shoe has two adjustable screws so I was able to fit to my canon camera easily. Is can also attach to a tripod which has worked better for me. For a little light the brightness is really good. The top selector knob scrolls through brightness percentage, or with the press of a button, the warmth or colour of the light. There were far more options here than I was expecting - for me the 4500k gives a really nice warm white - I photograph my own products and paper and this helped soften the image. The second, lower knob, turns the light on/off and selects a steady light on one of the many preset flashing / chasing lights. I have no use for these but good that they are there. Overall it feels well built and has good functionality. For the price it’s a no brainer. Great bit of kit.

Small but creates pretty decent light. The best thing about it is the battery time. It lasts much longer than other LED lights I’ve tried.

Honestly a very good investment

Piccola, versatile e molto utile per creare contenuti Ho acquistato questa luce per avere una fonte di illuminazione compatta da portare sempre con me durante le riprese. Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte, offre diverse possibilità di utilizzo grazie alla modalità RGB e alla regolazione della temperatura colore. La trovo particolarmente utile per aggiungere una luce d’effetto ai video, creare ambientazioni diverse o semplicemente avere una piccola luce di supporto durante le riprese. Le dimensioni la rendono facile da trasportare e da utilizzare anche in situazioni in cui una luce più grande sarebbe scomoda. La qualità costruttiva è buona e la luce è abbastanza potente per le sue dimensioni. Un accessorio interessante soprattutto per content creator, videomaker e fotografi che cercano una luce portatile e versatile da avere sempre nello zaino.

Color variation and options were hands down best in class and accurate when measured with photographic tools. Battery life could be better since it’s about only an hour of run time but when hard wired it’s perfect. All the brightness you could need as well as lighting settings all in one compact unit. Perfect key light for podcasts and streaming. For the money, I would garner to say KEF products are my go to everytime.

Incluyen de forma fácil toda la paleta de colores y la temperatura de color elegible y muy extensa, así como la potencia regulable. Me parecen muy potentes para su tamaño. Todo muy sencillo y comprensible. Los efectos por si quieres hacer algo con ellos, ahí están. 2 roscas para p.ej trípode e imanes traseros, para montar en cualquier superficie metálica.
