Why is there very little foam when I wash it?

Our products are formulated with a low sudsing lightly scented formula. The same powerful cleansing power, but without a lot of suds during the washing process and a light fragrance after washing. Get the same clean clothes with less water!

Why did I find residue?

The residue is caused by the laundry strips not being fully dissolved. If you put more than one sheet at the same time, we recommend that you put them into the washing machine in batches so that each one can fully dissolve in contact with the water.

How to make my clothes smell long-lasting?

The scent of your laundry after washing will vary from person to person due to your laundry and dressing habits. For a stronger flavor, you can also add your favorite scent retention beads.

About the number of laundry detergent sheets used?

The usage amount provided by Poesie can be used as a reference, but the actual amount needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation. If your clothes are highly soiled, we kindly suggest you to put more laundry strips to get better effects.

Why is it unscented but still scented when you open the box?

Because the product contains plant extracts, it will have the scent that comes from plants. However, after washing, the clothes will not be scented.
