Pure Original Ingredients Arrowroot Powder, 5 lb, Corn Starch Alternative, Thickener & Binder

I have used this to make homemade deodorant. It works well, but I used the wrong type of oil (hemp oil), so it didn't help solidify the deodorant for me due to the oil. My mother has used it to make her own deodorant and it did solidify as she used coconut oil. I will be creating more products and will purchase again.

I learned that I can use less arrowroot than I normally would corn starch and can see the thickening effect much faster in my meals! Dinner was a hit, although next time I'll go easy on it!! Even though I used more than I should have, the flavor and texture wasn't damaged. I can't wait to see how my son's slime will do!

This product is the correct alternative for thickening fruit jams, in lieu of cornstarch. It mixes very well without lumping.

Pica purchase. The flavor is delicious, & it went fast. I recommend if you have pica & enjoy the "pepper" taste that is in some of the arrowroot starches. In comparison to bobs red mill, bobs has a smoother flat taste. Less pepper.
