This item helps me make the most delicious chicken and turkey "lunchmeats" without all the salt and additives. I can flavor the meat with my own spices and we actually have eaten this for breakfast meat. If you are looking for a healthy alternative to those sub sandwiches, this is a good alternative

Haven’t used it yet Would of been nice to receive a recipe booklet on how to make some of the meats and cook times So for me it’s a disappointment But I’m sure it’ll work just fine when I use it

I bought this because I wanted to make my own deli meet to avoid additives and chemicals. Highly recommend. There are some great recipes out there too. Easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning.

I love this meat press. I spent the extra dollars for the 304 stainless steel and was not disappointed. It's very nice quality and works perfectly. A nice option for people who want to make their own sandwich meats and get away from heavily processed over priced garbage they sell you in stores. One thing I would like to know is can you purchase the plastic bag liners separately because I would definitely buy more of those.
