STANLEY IceFlow Flip Straw 2.0 Bottle, 24 oz, Lilac

My mother has advanced Alzheimer’s, so finding the right drinking cup is very important. She needs something with a secure lid that is not prone to spilling, but also something she can still manage independently. I had been looking for a smaller cup with a flip-top straw and was having a hard time finding one, so I decided to try the Stanley IceFlow Flip Straw Tumbler. I am so glad I did. The pretty pastel yellow was a plus! This cup has been excellent for her. The flip-top straw is easy enough for her arthritic hands to open, but it still closes securely and does not leak. That has been one of the biggest advantages. It is not only leak-resistant, but nearly spillproof in everyday use, which is a huge help for dementia care and for anyone with mobility or coordination issues. I was initially worried that the cup might be too heavy for her, but the opposite turned out to be true. The weight actually helps stabilize it in her hands and has improved her ability to hold it and drink more independently. That has been a huge win. It also keeps drinks extremely cold, with ice lasting all day, which makes it much more appealing for her to keep drinking fluids. Another huge plus is the design. It fits perfectly in her automatic lift chair recliner cup holder, which some of the more expensive adult sippy cups did not. I also prefer this over traditional adult adaptive cups because it does not have long straw pieces that can be pulled apart, lost, or become difficult to clean. The handle is also incredibly useful. It hooks easily onto our sit-to-stand device and onto the handles of her wheelchair, making it very convenient when we are moving around the house or taking her out. For caregivers, dementia patients, elderly adults, or anyone caring for a loved one with mobility challenges, this cup has been a fantastic solution. It is practical, durable, attractive, and has genuinely helped support her independence.

This bottle is a perfect purchase for me. Firstly, its not to big or small so i can grip it by the body easily, the rotating handle to the top of the bottle is good and fits comfortably in my hands, it is very durable and strong metal, it keeps any liquid hot or cold well insulated for the whole day, super easy to carry around anywhere and the flip straw makes it easy to drink from.

I love my new Stanley IceFlow Aerolight 50 oz bottle. It’s really beautiful and love the lilac colour. The straw hole is wider and comfortable to drink from. It doesn’t leak and is definitely much lighter than my Yeti 46 oz. However, I gave it 4 stars because it doesn’t keep ice and water as long as my Yeti. The ice lasts up to 8 or 9 hours then melts, but the water remains cool a while longer. My Yeti 46 oz can keep ice up to one and a half days. I guess to make it lighter the insulation is not as thick so it doesn’t maintain coldness as long as the double insulated Yetis. Update: April 1. I had to come back and write an additional update. The longer I have this bottle is the more I love it. It is keeping the ice and water longer now. Not sure why it wasn't when I just got it. It is beautiful holds a lot and I absolutely love it even more than my Yeti which I had really loved. It is so tall and slender and just beautiful. Thank you Stanley & Amazon!

I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about this bottle. The Stanley IceFlow Flip Straw 2.0 has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The build quality is exceptional, it feels incredibly durable, and it’s obvious that it’s made to last for years. The insulation is fantastic, keeping my drinks cold for an impressively long time, while the Flip Straw lid is practical, leak-resistant, and makes it incredibly easy to stay hydrated throughout the day. Everything about it feels thoughtfully designed, from the comfortable handle to the premium finish. This is one of those products that immediately makes you understand why Stanley has such a great reputation. It works exactly as advertised, looks great, and feels like a premium product every time you use it. Overall, I have no complaints whatsoever. It’s an outstanding water bottle, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommended.

I love the lightweight factor of this bottle. Plus has a great handle. And keeps water cold throughout the day. The flip part works great although I doubt it would be easy for a 5 year old to flip it. I love that it is definitely spill proof.

Absolutely in love, the color, the style and pattern have exceeded my expectations. Keeps drinks very cold. I put ice in it in the morning and the next morning you can still see some ice. Great tumbler Definitely worth the price and no condensation at all!

This carries my water every day to the gym. I put ice and water in it and it keeps it so cold. I still had ice cube chips after a week! It is pretty and I have received several compliments on it! Well worth the money!

I wanted this Stanley to be my reason to turn away from Yeti. I love the modern design, the all black, the non-fixed handle that can be tightened to be more fixed/harder to move, and the 50 oz capacity. It was nice to see that the bottle had 4 extra oz of capacity at the same price as Yeti’s 46 oz bottle. I need to drink lots of water throughout the day and the large capacity is awesome. The lightness was originally a selling point for me; while it can hold an astonishingly large 50 oz, since the bottle is relatively light in weight, it doesn’t feel too heavy to carry a full bottle around. However, where it excels in lightness it falls short in quality. It is glaringly lower quality than Yeti’s 46 oz bottle. This Stanley has thinner metal leading to poorer insulation. What frustrated me the most was realizing how much thinner the coating was compared to Yeti; I accidentally dinged it with a fork while heating up my lunch and chipped it! I’ve dropped my Yetis dozens of times and hit them with everything from forks and knives to granite countertops and haven’t had an issue with them chipping under light use. I even noticed it will take on light scratches from the plastic buckles on my lunch box if I let them touch while in my bag. Seriously poor coating. However, getting back to the pros, the leak resistance is great and when properly closed you can rest assured you won’t have spillage or leakage. Also the straw on this bottle is much nicer than the straws on Yeti bottles; less resistance and simply easier to sip. In the end, it’s a great water bottle that has a cool modern look and a huge capacity. Overall this comes in at 4/5 stars with only one star being lost to the thinner metal and thinner coating. I would still suggest getting the Yeti 46 oz instead for the thicker metal and coating as it will likely last longer and endure more.

Die schönste Farbe, perfektes Fassungsvermögen. Ich mag es, dass man sich keine Sorgen machen muss, dass das Getränk ausläuft. Sehr praktisch für lange Fahrten – hält das Getränk lange warm. Definitiv der beste Reisebegleiter!!! Das ist nicht mein einziger Stanley.
