## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the Compression?**
A: I don't know. But it is a very comfortable. It feels good when you hit it. I'm not the player to ask about compression. I go out to play for relaxation.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fine ball - For the price, it's great.
*by W***L on May 28, 2017*

Honestly, I used to play with Callaway Chrome Softs...I shot around 100 and am admittedly not very good at golf. I have since started playing a lot more (and losing a lot more balls). I decided to change to a cheaper ball just for kicks. So, I went with these and I really don't notice any difference. In fact, now I am hitting 95 in a round with these balls (could be because I am playing more). So, I'm not saying these are better than Pro v1's. I am not even saying they are the same. But, for someone who shoots in the 90's, I don't notice any difference whatsoever, and for $16 per dozen, it's really a no brainer (not to mention, I'm the ONLY one playing pinnacle, so there's never any question who's ball is who's)!!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not just for high handicappers!
*by T***N on January 17, 2018*

I'm a 4 hdcp, and I really like this ball. I'm a 50 year old man and bought these through my wife's Amazon account. I originally got them out of protest when Callaway truvis red balls price went up by $10/doz. I sought out a cheap ball that had high rating and came across these. I have been a proV1X player for decades and switched to truvis for performance and easy location/identification. I play in a regular skins game and bought the pink as a goof, but I can tell my ball instantly from everyone else's. (Much fun when I outdrive them :))Performance; This is what matters.Driver- Plenty long, I'd say as long as proV. Maybe a little longer. Reasonable, yet lower spin rate means I generally play more at the target now instead of allowing for more hook/fade. Is an adjustment for sure, but after 30 or so rounds I've reached comfotability. Another upside is less disparity on misses.Woods, Hybrids, long irons- much of the same performance as described above. With well struck shots the release factor is actually fairly minimal. Of course if you're flying into a firm green it's not going to hold, but nothing else will either. Receptive greens will hold with an acceptable amount of release.Mid, short irons- Here's where I've made a pleasant and unexpected improvement. If you're player that needs to see your ball suck back 10-15 feet, this is not the ball for you. If you're like me and want the ball to stay the distance you hit it, then it may be the ball for you. With ProV, and truvis, there were times when I'd hit a beauty pin high only to watch it spin off the green. These stay where I hit 'em. I like that.Scoring wedges- With the reduced spin rate on full shots, the pitching, chipping, sand shots and all the little nuanced green side wedge work needed total recalibration. I was definitely not excited about this. It was almost a deal breaker. But, after some time adjusting I have begun to work it out. One strong point of my personal game was the ability to chip aggressively and have the ball skip a time or two then stop on a dime. Can't do that with this ball. I've found that I can still manage distance control, I just have to do it in a different way. Now I add loft to my shot to get desirable results.Putter- It's soft. Real soft. Unsettlingly soft. I was banging it by like a madman at first. Not exactly sure why. However, after some time I've found the sweet spot which turns out to be less effort. Now I'm really digging the feel off the putter.I can't say I will forever play this ball. But for $16/dozen, I can say I don't sweat losing one on occasion. Plus I dig the pink. When in play it's actually more like a dark pink. Doesn't seem feminine to me at all.1-10, I give them a solid 9.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good beginner ball at a great price
*by L***6 on July 8, 2018*

Noticeable softer than the similar titlist velocity brand soft balls. Great for beginners as they are very forgiving. These sell at the club house for nearly twice the price so don't get caught short a few sleeves and have to pay club house prices! That being said, I prefer the Titlist velocity. A bit more control with puts, they seem to be brighter and easier to find, and price is comparable.
