Tastes alright as a post-workout drink, quenches thirst and doesn't 'feel' sweet. Realistically you can't really track your vitals to understand the efficacy of this, so you have to rely on the legitimacy of what they communicate as their ingredients. But so far so good, no complaints

If it is really good that why I received fab product in October
...I received it just near expiry date...so taste is so sour.mag in Fab..and I ordered Oct last week..expiry date jan.8 month old pack....it take moisture also...but it is not returnable product...so I can't do anything.
