Incredibly surprised with the quality of this mic. I heard that in an untreated room it's better to go with dynamic mics but honestly this one does a fantastic job for the average gamer and for an amazing price. Honestly surprised it didn't cost more than it did because it's probably the best mic I've owned and cheaper too. Sound quality is better when using the WaveLink software made for Elgato mics. With the software it doesn't even really pick up my loud keyboard even though I have yet to get a boom arm for it. The mute button is easy to press and identify and overall the mic looks very sleek, stylish and minimalistic.

absolute banger microphone. my only gripe is the mute-tap feature on the front, my cat LOVES to reach up and bat at the white light, and its REALLY easy to bump the mic and mute yourself without knowing it. Love that you can plug your headphones into the back, makes it easier for me cause i don't also have to try and stretch my headphone cable across my desk. really makes me feel like a sports announcer or something.

I've had a number of Blue Yeti mics and, for years, have generally preferred Amazon Basics Professional Condenser Microphones over the Blue Yeti. The audio quality from the Elgato Wave Neo mic is on par with the Blue Yeti and Amazon Professional Condenser mic. It has a cardioid pattern that, as far as I can tell, is not adjustable to other patterns. So, it does lack some features that those other mics have, but I don't do face-to-face interviews or anything, so my mics are ALWAYS set to cardioid anyway. The mic has audio out, but my understanding is that this is just a nearby 3.5mm jack for headphones and it is NOT an audio monitor jack for hearing yourself. I've generally preferred the Amazon mic over the Blue Yeti because of the OLED display. That sounds silly, but it's a great way to see when my mic is muted. I have, for years, used my Stream Deck to toggle my mic mute back and forth and I liked how the OLED was always in sync with that status. I know the Blue Yeti had a mute capability but clicking things on microphones to mute/unmute almost always introduces noise that the other end can hear, so I've always gone with the software solution instead. Fast forward to this Elgato Wave Neo, and my process is changing a bit. I've stopped using my Stream Deck to toggle mute because the Elgato has a capacitive touch button to mute/unmute which turns a light white/red based on status. It's a VERY touch-sensitive button, which I like because I can barely touch it (or not even touch it) to mute/unmute so there's no bumping of the mic. This frees up a Stream Deck button and is nicer/more obvious mute display. Plus, the mic is easily the best looking mic I've ever seen. It no longer looks like hardware pulled from the local radio station but looks sleek and stylish. Plus, USB C. No more Micro USB falling out of the Amazon mic when I bump my desk wrong. It's a weird boot (for aesthetics) on the USB cable that plugs into the mic, but I think a normal cable would work just fine, as well. Overall, yes, I'd highly recommend this mic. In fact, I prefer this over all other mics I've had so far. And it is EASILY the best-looking mic available!

Very easy to use and perfect value for a microphone. It is white and the quality is very well made. The recording quality of the microphone is perfect and it sounds great. The microphone is perfect and functions super well. I highly recomend to have a boom arm from elgato for it. That will increase the productivity of it.

This mic sounds really great and its a steal when its on sale. I got it as a travel mic and when im home I have the El Gato Wave 3 and i can confidently say this doesn't sound too far off. its a great if you don't stream and your a gamer who just games and want a simple, easy, quality and cute mic.

The microphone quality is good and I like the profile of the mic. However, 2 weeks into actually using it I noticed that the paint on this specific section of the stand started to aggressively peel in a similar fashion to old pleather. Note that I peeled this with just my nail to show exactly how much of the area was affected.

Quality mic, easy to use. The button to turn on mic is a little sensitive and I wish the app had a little more features to control like the output and tone

I love the simple use software UI and easy set-up out of box. It's good for me when I need to talk to friends or use it for a school project. The price is 100% worth it especially when it's on sale as It was when I bought it.

Wie bereits im Titel erwähnt, finde Ich, dass das Design des Mikrofons echt cool und modern ist. Aber auch die Qualität des Sounds ist wirklich top. Die Bedienung bzw. das anschließen ist extremst leicht und funktioniert so gut wie an jedem Gerät, welches ein USB-Port besitzt. Auch die Software bietet noch einige Einstellmöglichkeiten, um den Sound an seine Umgebung anzupassen! Eignet sich perfekt für casuals, aber auch für Content Creator und Gamer ^^

La calidad de sonido es excelente para ser un micrófono USB; la voz se escucha clara, cálida y profesional sin tener que tocar casi nada. Lo mejor es su facilidad de uso: enchufar y listo. El botón táctil para silenciar es súper cómodo y el software Wave Link que incluye es una joya para separar el audio del juego, música y chat si haces streaming. Además, estéticamente es muy bonito y limpio en cámara.

Microfono ottimo per rapporto qualità prezzo. • Design minimal, pulito, adatto in qualsiasi postazione. • Qualità dei materiali decisamente buona • Funzionamento ottimo, gestione tramite software dedicato molto intuitiva e personalizzabile • Cavo telato sufficientemente lungo • Base solidissima, si può settare su quest’ultima a due altezze praticamente, una un po’ più da tavolo e un’altra più rialzata. Volendo si può comunque agganciare ad un braccio. • Packaging ecosostenibile, molto apprezzato. - L’assemblaggio non è super solido, stabile, anche dopo aver montato il microfono, se lo si tocca un po’ il pezzo del microfono sembra ruotare o comunque oscillare, tuttavia non è niente di grave.
