Fast, Easy, and Convenient! Just make sure you follow the instructions!
Bought this kit because I was curious/concerned about my HbA1c levels given my dietary habits. First, make sure you register your kit online. After you do, they have a video with instructions to follow (in addition to printed instructions included with your kit). Through my research, I noticed most mail in diabetes tests say to fast beforehand. I didn't read anything about that for this product, but decided to fast for 10 hours before drawing blood. The lancet worked well, and they provide an additional in case anything goes wrong. Blood wasn't really flowing out of my finger naturally, but I had success applying pressure to my finger and dabbing the blood droplets on the card (they say dabbing is okay but don't rub it on or anything). A prepaid return mailer is included in the kit. Make sure you follow the instructions and mail the sample back the same day you take it! They advise to do it early in the week (I'd suggest Monday or Tuesday) so that it's not delayed over the weekend by the post office. If you take too long to mail the sample, the blood may not be able to be successfully tested. I ordered my kit on Sunday and received it on Monday. Tuesday I provided the blood sample and dropped it off at the post office before their last collection. The package was delivered Friday and I had an e-mail saying my results were in about 10 hours later. I believe they offer follow up care/advice, but I can't speak to it as my results were normal and thus no follow up was necessary. I believe they also provide free replacements if there is a delay in the mail, as I received an e-mail about USPS potentially running behind schedule. It was very easy and convenient to take the blood test at home, and the results were fast as well! I was a little skeptical given that it seems to be the cheapest mail in diabetes test out there, but couldn't be happier with my purchase!

No way can I recommend this to anyone for any reason.
There is no way the results are correct for this test. They provide return shipping via FedEx so you you would think being a medical sample it would be quick shipping. Nope, almost 5 days. As a phlebotomist myself I can tell you, no way will the sample I sent be able to be tested accurately. Customer Service didnt care and said that it wasnt taking longer than expected. Don't waste your money. I sent mine on 4/6 and it is 4/14 and still no results. They received it on the 11th and 3 days later they state it is still within the 48 hour window they stated in their ad. If they cant add, no way do I trust their test results. I wasted time and money.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Convenient, Accurate, and Fast – Highly Recommend!
I was really impressed with this at-home A1c test kit. The instructions were clear, the process was simple, and everything I needed was included. It took just a few minutes to complete the sample, and I mailed it out with the prepaid envelope provided. What really stood out was the fast turnaround—I got my lab results in just a couple of days, and they were easy to understand. Plus, the free follow-up care is a fantastic bonus. I had the chance to speak with a healthcare professional who explained my results and answered my questions, which gave me real peace of mind. This is such a convenient option for anyone monitoring their blood sugar or managing diabetes. No need to schedule a lab visit—just reliable, accurate results from the comfort of home. I’ll definitely be using this again in the future.

Tests are way off
Readings were really off. 6.7 vs 6.1 A1C which I confirmed with another test and Dexcom GMI. I asked them to double check as I never had 6.7 Aic in over ten years which ranged steady between 6-6.3. I was on a special diet for last 60+ days monitored daily using Dexcom with declining average glucose and GMI % of 5.9. I further checked my A1C using A1C now home test which came at 6.1. So I would recommend that the company recalibrate and revaluate their system. They do say it’s not FDA approved so I would not use this service again until they have FDA approval

Great for checking in between doctor's visits
So after letting myself continuously indulge during this holiday season thus far, I wanted to know where I stood with my levels and thought this test would be a good choice. Spoiler alert: I indeed indulged too much and will have to reign it in a little for Christmas/New Year's. Having to take time out of my day to go to Quest is annoying and this was easy enough to collect at home and mail out the next day. I barely got any blood out with the first lancet but luckily they included a second one and I was able to fill in the circles. So yeah I would totally recommend this test. It was easy enough to use, convenient, and I got my results fairly quickly.

Registration Fail and Mystery Kit Expiration Date
I wasn't able to use this test due to registration issues and kit expiration. The first step in the kit is to register the kit online, which wasn't complicated, but I tried multiple times with no luck--the site gave back "please ensure this user doesn't already exist". Customer service eventually resolved the issue and I was able to register, but received the message that the test kit had expired and can't be used. Granted it has been several months since I ordered the test, but I can't find any expiration date on the packaging that would have let me know it was time sensitive. Might not be an issue if you plan to use right away, but if you plan to tuck it away until you have symptoms, I'd try a different product. Waste of $40.
