Originally I got the Nanit Pro which is much more expensive than this camera. When I had difficulty connecting the Nanit to my WiFi I stumbled upon a review that said they liked this camera over the Nanit. The Nanit works via WiFi and your phone so if you’re using your phone you can’t have the video up. I love this camera. The picture is clear day and night. It’s easy to move around if needed. I’ve used the feature to talk through the camera. I haven’t tried hooking up multiple cameras but I like the option. It seems like it would be good if you have multiple small children or want to set up a camera in multiple places such as the crib and by a play area.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so frustrating, I feel obligated to warn other parents. I bought this baby monitor **twice** — yes, twice — because the first one died within weeks of the warranty. It just stopped turning on one day. I contacted the manufacturer’s customer service and began what turned out to be an utterly painfully slow and repetitive process. They kept asking for the same information over and over, took forever to reply, and they refused to help with a replacement. Begrudgingly we bought a second monitor since we purchased the stand too. The **second monitor failed too** — same exact issue. No power, no warning, no explanation. When I contacted support again, it was somehow an even **worse experience** than the first time. Days of silence, copy-paste responses, and “we’re escalating this” emails that went absolutely nowhere. It’s now been **over a month** and I still haven’t received a resolution. This is a product designed to give parents **peace of mind** Instead, it left me anxious, annoyed, and completely disappointed. I’ve wasted time, money (TWICE), and trust — and all while trying to keep an eye on my baby. Bottom line: **DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR**. It’s unreliable, and the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered.

This is a really good monitor for all ages. My 6 year old wanted a camera in his room because he’s scared of monsters and I wanted to give him extra security. You can change the view of the camera from the monitor and it covers pretty much the whole room. He likes that I can talk through the camera to him as well. The video quality is decent for a monitor. The charge doesn’t hold well, so I keep it plugged in constantly. Easy to set up and good value for money.

I’ve used this camera for 4 years so far with my first and just bought another to use with my second baby. Works really well. Cameras pair together beautifully to have images on one monitors. You can set the image of each camera to cycle at different timed intervals. I use the 5 second setting and it works great to see both kids. Only complaint this time is it didn’t have the same crib side mounting piece so I just repurposed that from my first camera. Since baby is temporarily in my bedroom I didn’t want to mount camera to the wall. Small complaint but that doesn’t change my opinion or stars on the item.

Loved the simplicity of this monitor. Easy to set up and travel with. Does not need wifi and love the handheld screen instead of using my phone. The wide angle attachment is great. However, it's so cheaply made. Our first one lasted 10 months, the plugin for the camera came loose and now the cord can't be plugged into it. You can hear the port rattling around inside the camera. I thought it was my fault because I was moving it around. But it wasn't dropped and was rarely unplugged so the fact that it came loose so easily points to how cheap it is. Got the second one on sale luckily as I didn't feel like looking into a new monitor. New one arrived 11/30, now today 12/27, put baby down and the nightvision wasnt working. The plugs/camera have not been touched. Unplugged it and the night vision came back. Then the screen accidently dropped to the floor from the edge of the crib. The sound wasn't working and the power button was sunken in. The power button however still worked so with restarting it, the sound came back. I think this was the first time it was dropped, so now I'm sure if it gets dropped again the power button will come loose altogether. Which is frustrating, dropping it is inevitable. Other tech gets dropped all the time and things don't come loose this easily. This thing gets dropped once and it's garbage. Don't waste your money on this and instead spend more money on a quality monitor that you won't have to replace in a few months.

Avoid this monitor, after less than one year of use the battery life degraded so that it could only be used when plugged in. Soon after that it would power off even when plugged in. Have bought two separate monitors and two cameras, the cameras are fine but battery life is awful.

We love our EUFY camera system. We added cameras to our living room, upstairs flex room, and our 8-year-old’s bedroom so we can keep an eye on him as he moves around the house. The picture and sound quality are excellent, and the app is easy to use. It gives us peace of mind without feeling complicated or intrusive. Very happy with this system.

The eufy security video baby monitor has been a bit of a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, the camera quality is excellent and provides a clear view of my baby at all times. The fact that it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi gives me peace of mind knowing that my baby's privacy is protected. However, the monitor itself has been a source of frustration. The battery life is very short and seems to drain quickly, even when fully charged. This is a concern as it's important to be able to rely on the monitor to keep an eye on my baby at all times. The location of the charging port is also a bit strange, making it difficult to charge while using the monitor. Overall, while I appreciate the high-quality camera and non-Wi-Fi connection, the issues with the monitor's battery life and charging port make it difficult to recommend this product without reservation. If these issues were addressed, it would be an excellent choice for parents looking for a reliable, non-Wi-Fi baby monitor.

Don't buy this product from Amazon. The SpaceView video monitor worked well for a couple of months, but around the five-month mark it stopped working entirely. The monitor could no longer receive a signal from the camera, and the camera itself appears to be faulty — it only transmits video sporadically, and moving it even slightly causes the connection to drop. I've already updated the firmware and tested it from multiple locations inside our apartment, so I know it's not a range issue. The camera and monitor are in the exact same location they've always been; it just suddenly stopped working. When I contacted Anker, their first response was clearly AI-generated. It took a couple of attempts to get through to an actual human, who then told me they don't provide support for anything purchased outside of authorised dealerships. The kicker: there are no authorised dealerships for this product in Singapore. So not only does this premium-priced product die after just five months, but Anker also refuses to honour their manufacturer's warranty simply because it was purchased outside of their authorised distribution channel. If you're in Singapore, stay away from this product — and honestly, think twice before buying any Eufy / Anker products at all. (Or at least assume that you're going to get horrid after-sales support.

We’ve used these for years - not to monitor a sleeping baby, but to monitor study participants in testing rooms. It’s one of the few non-WiFi models I could find, and it’s worked great. I think we have three systems running - and they don’t interfere with each other and are just generally painless to use and teach staff to use.

الكاميرا جيدة ولكن مداها ماهو مره بعيد (حسب تجربتي الشخصية و في بيتي) انا حاط الكاميرا في غرفة الطفل وانا اجلس في صالة تبعد عن الغرفة تقريباً ١١م (علماً ان بيننا فقط ممر مفتوح وما يفصلنا غير باب الغرفة وباب الصالة وخليتهم كلهم مفتوحين، ومع ذلك ما اعطاني رسالة ان المدى بعيد وما بإمكانها تنقل الصورة. الأنتن يفيد بدون شك ولكن يظل ماهو زي لما تكون الشبكة قوية من الأساس. بناءً على ما سبق، رجعتها واشتريت موديل آخر E21 اغلى ولكن فيه مزايا اكثر من هذي ويشتغل اذا حاب بدون انترنت (واي فاي) واذا تحب ممكن تشغل الواي فاي، وهذا فير المميزات الأخرى. بس توصل، حاجربها ان شاءالله واعطي رأيي فيها.
