I’ve tried a lot of digestive supplements over the years, and Arrae Bloat Capsules is honestly one of the few that made a noticeable difference without making me feel worse afterward. Within about 30–45 minutes of taking it, I could feel my stomach relax and the uncomfortable bloating and pressure start to go down. It’s especially helpful after heavier meals or foods that normally trigger bloating for me. What I really like is that it doesn’t feel harsh or overly stimulating like some digestive products can. The capsules are easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and actually help me feel more comfortable instead of just masking symptoms. I’ve also noticed less puffiness, less discomfort after eating, and overall better digestion when I use them consistently. This is a diuretic. It is going to cause loose watery stools. I regret purchasing this supplement. It really is far too expensive for what it is.

Absolutely love this product. I have a super sensitive stomach and can't take many supplements but this really works!!!! Within an hour of taking it, my stomach doesn't hurt and theres zero bloat. It has kept me regular too. I'm a regular customer for this one!

Not sure if it was placebo or not. Seemed to make a minimal difference.

I rarely find amazing products but I swear if you get belly pain or bloating after pasta, pizza or heavy meals these pills remove all the discomfort. They really work well and work fast. Relief within the hour. I usually take them right after a heavy meal. LOVE ARRAE BLOAT!

Maybe this product helps others but for me, it did not help with bloat and made me feel a little sicker after taking it.
